Hi everyone,

I recently got a new credit card Flipkart axis bank credit card, and while applying, it was clearly mentioned that I would receive:

• ₹500 Flipkart gift card

• ₹500 MakeMyTrip (MMT) voucher

However, I haven’t received either of them yet. I checked the app, email, SMS, and rewards section but found nothing.

The card has already been activated and I’ve even done a successful transaction.

Has anyone faced something similar with this card? How long does it usually take to receive the welcome benefits, or do I need to claim them manually/contact customer support?

Would appreciate any advice. Thanks!

Is it a good area for future appreciation or risky?
