Just wanted to ask about Zakat on stocks how much do they deduct for example If I have 100000 worth of share and no money in my trading account how much zakat will they deduct and when do they deduct it?????

Hi there as currently you all are aware about situation between iran and US worsening again and brent crude oil hitting 113 dollars per barrel thus I am suspecting a fall in PSX and am planning to sell 50 % of the stocks of my holdings i.e.

FFC

EFERT

MEBL

OGDC

LCI

HUBC

and buy them at cheap tomorrow what do you suggest about it.
