Cégtől átmentünk új szerződéssel magánvállalkozóhoz, viszont történt jogfolytonosság. Amióta nála vagyunk, állandóan cseszekedik fizetéssel, egyszer bejött ha nem vagyunk hajlandó kp-ban kapni, akkor kirúg minket. Ezt leharcoltuk, az új gondolata, hogy nem utal pénzt hanem majd mi kérvényezzünk a fizetésünket fizetési kérelemmel. Amit személy szerint nem szeretnék megtenni hanem továbbra is utalással szeretném megkapni. Ez mennyire minősül fizetésnek amit a bankok figyelembe vesznek hitelelbírálásnál?

Tudom, hogy váltsak munkahelyet, tervben van, de amíg itt dolgozok addig szeretnék normálisan fizetést kapni.

Update/Edit 2: Srácok, én csak akkor fogom kérvényezni, hogy "ugyanmár legyen kedves elutalni a béremet ami a szerződésben van" ha erre kötelezhet. Ha nem kötelezhet, nem fogom. A kérdésem arra irányul, hogy kötelezhet-e engem erre.

Egyéni vállalkozónál vagyok alkalmazott, viszont amikor valakit ki akar rúgni, akkor egy cégétől kér meg valakit, hogy menjen oda és rúgja ki őhelyette.

Tehát a kérdésem inkább arra irányul, hogy így át lehet adni a kirúgási papírokat? Hogy az ember akinek dolgozol ott sincs?

Nyugodtan töröljétek ha nem jó sub, csak nagyon el vagyok veszve.😅

Szóval az egész családomban én vagyok az egyetlen akinek olyan komoly dolgai vannak mint megtakarításai vagy befektetései.

A mostani befektetésem úgy néz ki, hogy hozott nekem egy kis pénzt (revoluton vásárolt részvény) amit szerintem a napokban el is adok. Viszont hol a tökömbe tudok utána járni az adózásnak? Senki nincs a környezetemben akinek valaha lett volna ilyesmi problémája, az interneten pedig olvasok mindent csak nem értem lol.

Gondolom egy könyvelőhöz kéne elmenni, de egy egyszeri tranzakció leadózására mennyit kér egy könyvelő? Vagy van erre valami útmutató ha mondjuk magamtól akarnám megcsinálni? Ezt lehet-e 27 januárja előtt is?

Ngl, minél többet foglalkozok pénzügyekkel, annál hülyébbnek érzem magam.

Van jelenleg 700K-1000K forintom, amit szeretnék befektetni és néztem az 5 éves MÁP-ot, ami remélhetőleg biztonságos egy olyan hülyének mint amilyen én vagyok.

Viszont az aki ért a pénzügyekhez, az el tudná nekem mondani, hogy ez a gyakorlatban mennyire biztonságos, megérős?

Especially if the industry doing supprisingly well

So, we played a fairly simple homebrew story game with my friends. We planned to play a marathon, 10 hour game. Me, as the DM, was prepared. Multiple stories, side quest, characters, back-up plans if the back-up failed. I was ready for EVERYTHING.

So we started playing, and as Inwas describing the area of the town, I mentioned a wheelbarrow. What was that wheelbarrow? Nothing. It was just a random element in the area to give them some vibes and flavour.

So they FORSOMEREASON started talking about the wheelbarrow. I'm not lying, I'm not exaggerating, they talked about the wheelbarrow FOR 40 MINUTES STRAIGHT!!!

After that, they FINALLY entered the pub. They talked to the pub owner about the wheelbarrow FOR AN HOUR. Who's this wheelbarrow belongs to? Why is there no one around the wheelbarrow?

When the owner couldn't answer that, they started asking the alcoholist of who the wheelbarrow belongs to. Aprox. 30 minutes later I gave up, and I told them a random name of who is the wheelbarrow owner. I thought it's gonna end. Nope.

So they went on a small quest to find a wheelbarrow owner. I gave time a few investigation checks and half an hour later, they found the owner.... And they beat him up for putting trash on the street (?) and loosing something valuable like this.

The local guards chaught them in the act, so they had to ran. They succesfully got away, but they decided to go back for the wheelbarrow.

Long story short, during the rescue the wheelbarrow broke down (I may or may not lied about the dice result) and I thought it's over, but no. They collected the pieces of the wheelbarrow to find a proffesional wheelbarrow maker to fix it.

That was the point I just gave up and rolled with the flow.

They made some druid disguise in the forest and went back to the town for the third time to... Find a merchant who can help bringing the broken wheelbarrow to another settlement amd find a wheelbarrow maker. I even mentioned to them as the merchant, that a wheelbarrow maker lives close, right next to the town, but they ignored it.

During the PEACEFULL ride to the closest settlement I asked them what are they talking about while riding the merchant cart. They answered "the wheelbarrow" and talked FOR ANOTHER 40 MINUTES ABOUT THE WHEELBARROW. (and another 3 minutes about wheelbarrow bandints???)

When we finally arrived the another town where they were not wanted criminals, they... went to the nearest pub to tell the story of the broken wheelbarrow. They accidentally told the story to a guard who wanted to arrest them. But they succesfully persuated him to not arrest them and instead, help them fix the wheelbarrow.

And do you guys know what they did to the wheelbarrow? They literally forget about it IN 2 MINUTES.

We spent SEVEN hours about the wheelbarrow just to forget about it in 2 minutes.

3 weeks and 4 seasions later they asked me what happened to the wheelbarrow. I told them, that you guys just forget about it and left it in the pub.
