Suspect info: 25-30 years old, 5'6 to 5'8, black male, slim build, black hair. May have a beard, reports are conflicting. Last seen wearing a button shirt up under a dark blue vest, with blue jeans. Suspect should be considered armed and dangerous.

Represents a 10.7% YOY increase. This is lower than the previous two months, possible explanation is the pre-crosslake maintenance blitz.
