I am one of the patient of this dental clinic specifically Dental Implant procedure. The initial procedure went well but one thing na kulang nalang is impression and crown since 3 months as passed since nalagyan ng screw yung missing tooth area.

But it has come to my knowledge na naraid ang clinic mga 2-3weeks ago lang and they temporary stops the operations because the Vietnamese implantologist is doing the practice without proper permit here in PH.

Now, I called the clinic and they told me na they will continue to operate again next week and they ask me to proceed with the final procedure. When I asked about the raid, she told me na totoo naman but as of now daw cleared na yung vietnamese implantologist to do the procedure.

Where in Makati can I double check if this clinic still legally operate? DTI? NBI? Makati health office? PDA?

Since I’m in doubt na to proceed with the procedure, are they bound to refund the payment I made given their situation especially if they are not yet allowed to operate?

Can you please advise on my situation :(
