January to June. Body recomp 195 to 175 with basic lifting, 10k steps, and high protein diet. What kind of bulk/cut cycle should I be looking at?

I started lifting in mid September 2025 and started dieting right around Christmas. first photo is Jan 2026 (oldest photo I had) so I had already been at it for a bit with basic lifting and walking.

Checking in from the woods

I know I can’t be the only rain lover here.

look, do I want rain all summer? no way.

do I enjoy a cool late spring/early summer night windows cracked and the gentle pitter patter of rain on the leaves?

the ideal sleeping weather.

you better believe it bub.

i love the way woods look with bloomed moss and happy leaves in the first sunny morning after a stretch of rain too.

Today’s bake + breakfast sandwich + stuffed cinnamon raisin bagel bites

These are all sour dough. I use the little spoon farm recipe with a few alterations. I boil for 90 seconds a side instead of 2 mins and bake at 435 instead of 425. I use maple syrup as my sugar in the recipe + in water bath. I also add baking soda to the water bath. IMO gives a crunchier skin and doughier middle.

for the cinnamon raisin dough I also use 2 tbsp of cinnamon (and 3 tbsp water) instead of 2 tsp as the recipe suggests.

Like so many others I bought the C5 77" on sale recently, and I've been using it about two weeks now. 4K Movies + Gaming. Yes I watched Interstellar lol.

This is my first oled TV, I upgraded from a 65" Sony x900h. And I just... yeah the TV is fine? I guess I was expecting to have my socks knocked off and it's just... a TV. What am I missing here? The picture is good but I wouldn't say it's life altering compared to my Sony LED. And the UI on the LG is just lightyears worse. The UI is so, so bad.

BTW, Film Maker mode SUCKS for most applications but I see it mentioned all the time online? I've had way better luck with Cinema Home. What's the deal with film maker mode.

My room is no-light dark.
