Not the clothes, just the accessories! Don’t know if there’s a size difference, but if it helps, this is Medium Bartholomew wearing a gown, not the Gown Bartholomew bear.
Bought from the same seller
I thought the elephant was real, but I’m now having doubts about the authenticity of both as Bartholomew had one of the tags cut off. The factory number tag for the elephant also looks lopsided a little, like it wasn’t cut straight.
Thank you
Hi everyone, I just got this Bumbly bear, I just wanted to please double check if it was real or not and it’s size. I’m pretty sure it’s a large Bumbly bear but I heard the medium one looks really big in comparison with the other medium bears.
Thank you so much
Hi everyone
Is this real or fake please? The c on the same line as London instead of Jellycat makes me think it is
Thank you
Hi, I ordered a jellycat and I got this message.
The shipping label wasn’t even generated when the seller sent me these messages, so I don’t know if it looks suspicious. Should I cancel?
Thank you
Hi! I think the cake is fake but I had doubts about the bunny.
Thank you
The rock-a-bye mouse!
Got it for my mouse-loving 2-year-old. It only has 1 review on the Jellycat website and I never see anyone talk about it. But I think it’s cute as heck!
Hi all, can you tell what size Bumbly bear this is, please?
I really want to buy it, but the seller didn’t specify the size and they’re not being very helpful.
Thank you so much
What do you think?
Will they be similar to American Girl dolls (can’t think of a better comparison) - the brand will still exist and be just as popular in 10/20 year time, with older jellycats reselling for more money.
Or will they have the same fate as Beanie Babies?
Hi all,
If a seller sends a very expensive doll house (£200), and the courier company pretty much destroys it, is there any way they can get compensated?
The buyer got a full refund, they even said the package was very well packaged (over 10m of bubble wrap and inside a box).
Seller wrote “this side up” on the box but courier didn’t respect that. The box was obviously shaken
Thank you
Hi all,
I recently bought something large and heavy on Vinted.
The seller had a scheduled pick up from his home.
They contacted me on the day of the pick up to tell me that they had to split the parcel in two as they didn’t have a big enough box and were worried the carrier would say the box is too heavy (I paid for up to 30kg and the parcel itself was below that but they wanted to make sure).
They paid extra for the other box to be picked up by a separate carrier (my name and address was on the first label).
They told me the second parcel that they had
personally paid for had been picked up but that no one came to pick up the one with the prepaid label from Vinted.
They rescheduled a pick up several times but same issue, they reached the sending deadline and the sale got canceled and I got a refund.
The issue is I still have the first box.
I told them I would return it but asked for them to pay for postage and they are refusing, it would cost me £20 to return it myself. Instead, they want me to purchase it again as I already have the first half.
The issue is I paid via Klarna in 3 times, so I had only
Paid for the first month by the time the transaction was cancelled, so the refund only equals the first month payment. I don’t have the means to pay it all in one go, and Klarna is refusing to accept another pay in 3 month installment plan.
What should I do?
Hi everyone, my son is 4, I’ve been trying to get him help for a while now but it’s so hard! No one seems to take our concerns seriously even though, to me, he is very obviously autistic.
He is still in nappies, is non-verbal (only has a couple words: hello, mama -for everyone- and up. Nothing else, no sentences, no other words), complete meltdowns. His understanding is at the level of a 2 year old, he is very sensitive to sounds, etc… he was diagnosed when he had just turned 3.
I took him to a speech therapist, they said they couldn’t help him as he knew a bit of Makaton and the goal was to teach him to communicate not to talk.
I took him to the GP, they referred him to audiology for a hearing test, the referral was declined!
He is due to start school in September, I asked for an EHCP (SEN assistance here in the UK) in the form of a special needs school, or extra support in a mainstream school, declined! They didn’t even want to meet him, they went off his diagnosis and letters from his clinician, but it still wasn’t enough.
We applied for a grant to help with equipment, we got declined because he isn’t high needs enough. His report suggests he is at least level 2 if not level 3.
I took him to an ABA centre a couple days ago, I was told that because he speaks (he only said hello) and was very social and not shy, he was “too good” and they didn’t understand what I wanted out of the therapy.
I feel so desperate! He is very obviously autistic, but even family and friends will tell me they think he was misdiagnosed as he doesn’t rock back and forth in the corner of a room. He does very much stim, mostly verbal stims, get overwhelmed, has meltdowns constantly, covers his ears and grunts when he’s stressed. But even when they see it they think there’s nothing suggestive of additional needs.
This morning he woke up, took off his nappy, pooped on the carpet and smothered it all over the floor, took his toy bus and made it roll over it.
People will see things like that and still say it’s perfectly normal and he doesn’t need help!
I’m so desperate! It all feels so invalidating and my son’s getting no support and I’m scared this is going to stunt his growth. It also makes me question everything and wonder if I’m just completely wrong.
Hi!
I have sold a couple of AG dolls, but I can’t remember what their earrings looked like or whether they wore any.
So before I jump to conclusions 😂, is this an AG earring, please?
Thank you!!
Hi everyone, my daughter has just received her first (second-hand) AG doll, and I’ve never had one, so I’m not familiar with them at all.
The doll does stand, but the legs can twist fully around, and the same goes for the arms. The head can also rotate 360 degrees. The wig cap is also very visible.
Is that normal, or was I sold one in poor condition?
Thank you.
