Tile and leakage - new semi custom home

The attached picture shows black grout and then leakage through the shower glass into the wall. I took the baseboard off because it was wet and stained like the wall. The black grout I have cleaned over and over and it extends around the corner in the shower tile. I think it is mold because it does not go away. Help please?

What is this in the picture?

We have a new construction home that’s about a year old. I found this under our laundry room sink recently. What is it and why is there a stain in a halo form surrounding it on the wood underneath it (base of cabinet)?

Call/chat support services “after hours?”

Does any company care that some of us live in Mountain or Pacific time zones? If you wish to talk to or chat with someone, you have to remember to wait till the next business day. Does anyone else face this frustration or does it matter to anyone else?

Poshmark impressions

Did Poshmark reset everyone’s impressions today? All of a sudden, most of the impressions on my listings have gone way down to two or three for no reason. It’s not because I refreshed the listings after 60 days. It’s all over the board.

Sell my storage unit contents all to one buyer

I have a storage unit with a bunch of furniture in it that I don’t want to sell piece by piece. It is in a high income area in a climate controlled secure facility. It is on the second floor and it has a strong “padlock” on it that you buy from the storage facility. I have an access code to enter the facility. There are specific hours that we are allowed to access the facility. Can I just take pictures and price it myself and put pictures of the contents on Facebook Marketplace with the caveat it will be sold to one buyer only?

TIL about this super wholesome way to use up pens, ink and paper - Letters Against Isolation

The idea is you write friendly letters to seniors living on their own or in assisted living facilities. Its a bit different from a pen pal because I don't think there's an expectation to get anything in return. Just something nice for a stranger.

Started by two young sisters at the beginning of the pandemic that were worried about their grandparents having to take on being isolated. The website says they have requests for letters in the thousands. Even if you don't plan on signing up, I thought it would be nice to share something positive people are doing to help each other out.

Are there other services like this? Outside of correspondence with folks you know irl, do any of yall participate in pen pal/letter exchanges?
