Free boat trash or gold?

When I first picked this dinghy up, I honestly thought it was just a rough Hypalon project and figured I’d probably let it go for around $350 and move on. I even already have someone interested in buying it.

But after posting here and talking to a few people, someone sent me a message saying the davit/lift hardware attached to it might actually be the valuable part of the whole setup.

They mentioned it could be some kind of SeaWise-style launch/lift system and that the latch bars, mounts, and hardware can apparently be worth serious money on their own.

Now I’m trying to figure out if it actually makes sense to:
remove all this hardware,
clean it up and sell it separately,
or just sell the dinghy complete and not mess with i.

What do you guys think?

Does anyone recognize exactly what this system is called, and whether it’s actually valuable enough to justify the work of removing it from the Hypalon tubes?

Also curious what the realistic used value might be for the hardware if it’s complete.

Free boat question

Got this old 8ft Aquapro rigid inflatable dinghy for free. Looks like Hypalon, has stainless davit/rail hardware from a yacht setup, rigid floor, transom, seat and oars.
Problem is:
doesn’t hold air
one valve/nipple is damaged
some handles/fittings are peeling off
definitely needs glue work
I’m trying to decide if it’s worth restoring or if I should just sell it as a project/parts tender.
How much would something like this realistically be worth in BC/PNW?
And if it’s Hypalon, would you guys bother repairing it?
