Bfp - 4 months post mc & 3 years infertility 🥹

I really can’t believe it! My last pregnancy in March I tested positive by 8dpo - which I know is early but when this month 9dpo came around with no symptoms and no positive and a drop in hormones I threw myself a pity party and figured it was a bad cycle.

Yesterday I took a test out of obligation bc I wanted to stop taking my progesterone. When my estridol rose i figured might as well take an hcg test. Those came back surprisingly positive.

This is my 2nd iui. My first was my last success in March that was a loss. Before that was 2.5 years of nothing but negatives. Idk why my body only likes iui now but I’m so happy lightening struck twice now!

11 dpo - after 3 years infertility and 2 losses 🥹

Kicked off ttc with a chemical pregnancy December 2023 and then didn’t see another single line till my first iui March 2026. That ended up being a blighted ovum/loss.

Just had 4 natural cycles while I got settled in to a new clinic and nothing. Now, my second IUI my trigger was tested out a few days ago and the lines are definitely getting darker!

I’m definitely guarding my heart. I’ve had a chemical which made me obsess over lines the next time. Then the next time the lines got darker and there was still a loss.

Would really appreciate any and all prayers but for now I’m just so happy!

I truly thought this cycle was a fail and I even stopped taking my progesterone one night 😂

11 days post trigger - getting darker??

I thought for sure I was out this month!! Feeling nothing and last successful cycle (loss) I tested positive at 8dpo and since my period usually comes 10dpo I figured that was it.

Took this test out of obligation this morning and … is the trigger getting darker? It’s certainly not fading right? Idk what to believe

FSH increase

I think I’m actually 10dpo but was traveling after my iui so couldn’t confirm. Trigger was cd11 but I didn’t test that day.

I know fsh rise could mean your body is starting to recruit new follicles for the next cycle. I’m wondering if this increase today - albeit small - means that?

If I’m honest I’ve counted myself out since yesterday (9dpo) bc my last pregnancy (loss) was a clear positive at 8dpo. Stopped taking my progesterone last night.

Can’t even test bc husband has been in the bathroom for a whole HOUR🙄

IUI after loss

After 2.5 years infertility I did my iui and was shocked to find it actually worked. I should have known better than to celebrate because it became a loss at around 7 weeks.

I knew better to believe lighting would strike 2x but I still had no choice but to channel all my hope into a second iui. I had to wait till my 4th cycle post mc to start one.

Everything was worse this month, I took lower dose letrezole bc I was afraid of twins (my last had 2 sacs), my husbands count was lower, it felt forced bc I was traveling after, we couldn’t bd after.

Even all signs point to no I’m having a hard time accepting this month is likely a failure.

Does anyone else have an experience with iui after loss? How many did you have to do?

I’m so so afraid of slipping back into infertility again when IVF will be my only option

Go to supplements?

Coming to terms that my iui has failed this month. After 2.5 years infertility my first one worked and resulted in a loss and then I had to wait 3 full cycles before I could do another one this month.

I have checked absolutely everything for myself and my husband. The only remaining thing I could have is endometriosis or adnomyosis.

In the meantime I’m just looking to push my odds a bit more for next iui. And I know it can take 3 months for full effects but I’m willing to start now.

In the past I’ve taken:
L thiamine
Vitamin e,k,b,d
Coq10
Magnesium glycate
Iron
Colostrum
Fish oil

I’m really looking for a good brand that offers a lot of things at once bc I’m so sick of taking 100 pills a day

Do you have a go to brand or supplement you swear by?

Thoughts on twins??

Just curious what everyone’s thoughts are on conceiving twins?? I was told how uncommon they were over and over again during times intercourse, ect.

I always had 2 dominant follicles with 5mg letrezole and then my last iui (first try) was a surprising success. Even more surprising was they thought they saw 2 sacs.

Once the idea sunk in it was actually terrifying. I’m 5’0 how could I carry twins? Childcare was quoting me 600-800 a week. I was going to have to quit my job and sell my almost paid off car.

Well, whatever happened that cycle the next time I came back there was only one sac and it was empty. My clinic couldn’t confirm whether there was ever 2 to begin with.

Now I have no clue about what to do for treatment. I’m in the TWW of my 2nd iui which I did 2.5mg letrezole and ended up with a 17mm and maybe 19mm at time of trigger the day before iui.

Fairly confident this iui failed and idk if it’s bc I changed my treatment plan but I’m just so afraid that I got out of twins once just to land up with twins again.

What are your thought on twins? Are you ok with the risk? How does it affect your treatment?

IUI 8/7 - how we doing?

I’m either 5 or 6dpo (triggered afternoon of 8/6)

1st iui in March was a success but missed miscarriage. After 3 long cycles off I was finally approved to do another this month.

I am going absolutely mad. The TWW is hit or miss with me (after 3 years infertility it gets less exciting) but this month I’m all over the place.

As impossible as it was to believe my first was a success it’s equally as hard to believe the second will work but I just want to be pregnant again.

Tested positive 8dpo last time which I know is super early but like 2 more days?? How can I wait that long?

How’s everyone else doing??

Terrible Timing

Wondering if anyone’s had iui success with no additional intercourse? I was able to squeeze in my iui on Friday morning right before leaving on a weekend trip to stay with friends.

Triggered with 1 maybe 2 follicles Thursday at 3pm. Iui Friday at 10am with 14million total motile count post wash. Completely unable to have intercourse again till today which is 2-3 dpo lol

12dpo bfn😔

3rd cycle post 7 week loss. Everything looks SO good but very obvious bfn today at 12dpo & tested positive last time at 8dpo. Period due today or tomorrow. My temps are a mess so maybe I will still get my period tomorrow. This just sucks

Confused - 12 dpo period due tomorrow

I’ve tracked with inito on and off for about 6 months now. My cycles always follow a very predictable pattern- look very good until about 10 or 11 dpo and then e3g and pdg crash and burn and LH and fsh rise a bump and then I get my period by 12 or 13 dpo.

This month half of that is happening. I’m seeing the same e3g crash and LH bump as normal but my pdg is staying 40 max value and fsh is low.

I’ve attached my other full chart in the 3rd slide along with my erratic bbt this month. It’s important to note my older chart was with progesterone supplements so the 40 max value then was artificial. It dropped at 11dpo even WITH supplements.

This time is a natural cycle - no supplements. I haven’t tested since 10dpo because it was making me depressed and obsessed and I cut myself off.

I’m just so confused. Should I expect my regularly scheduled cycle tomorrow still since my LH is rising and estradiol dropped and that’s usually the first signs of my period? I’m wondering if the progesterone is somehow being misread or something?

Diluted urine?

Does anyone else overthink their urine concentration? Mine varies wildly. Today was more slightly concentrated than usual as I had 2 glasses of wine last night. I’m always second guessing if my values are anywhere what are reported.

And yes I know it’s best to stop testing after ovulation but I just want to see a full chart for me for once since usually I stop testing after ovulation and don’t ever get a good picture of my hormones!

TTC after miscarriage?

Anyone else here ttc after miscarriage? How are you doing mentally?

I’m on cd2 of my 3rd cycle post miscarriage. It took 2.5 years to see a positive test and it took an iui to get there - but it was a loss at 7 weeks. D&c may 1st after 2 failed miso rounds.

I’m finally getting back to regular ovulation but I have such little faith it’ll work again without another iui and my new clinic is dragging their feet on getting me started.

I know it’s cliche that “the first three months post miscarriage you’re most fertile” but like, I feel like I’ve been benched the whole time.

Was supposed to do iui this month and clinic just called to cancel it (on cd2 lol) bc my husbands genetic testing isn’t back yet. Even though I only tested positive for one thing that labcorp assured me “was not a concern at all” & it takes 2 carriers to pass down these …

I’m just feeling so frustrated today I guess

1st cycle post miscarriage. So confused

Had my first pregnancy in almost 3 years ago in March. Ended up a missed miscarriage with d&c may 1st.

Expected ovulation and period to be confusing but not this confusing. Had multiple LH rises but thought for sure it really happened around cd 24-26 time.

Cycle is always 11-13 days at most but I’m on 14dpo with still no period. I took a pregnancy and LH test and the LH is high but pregnancy negative.

I’ve had LH tests be a little higher before my period but usually .25 ish where premom identified this as .5+ or a “rise”. This is exactly the same as my last pregnancy but with that last one I also had a positive test.

Am I going to ovulate again? Period imminent? I have no clue.

Anyone with something similar happen?

For reference the last photo on March 23 was the day I tested positive with my pregnancy. My LH was the same as today but had a clear line - could have been some remaining trigger I guess?
