Looking for a legitimate realtor in Hua Hin for long term rental

My wife and I are planning to move to Hua Hin in early 2027 and I'm looking for a legitimate realtor there so I don't get scammed, renting a place and showing up to find that it was a scam.

Can anyone point me to a reputable realtor in the area? Also, would I be better off coordinating with an attorney there instead of a real estate agent or realtor? I have read that there is no real estate license, so I'm a bit leery of engaging with someone who may not have the experience required to help me make this happen with the least amount of friction.

Lied to by the door to door sign up person about promotion...

So I recently swapped to AT&T fiber, and I had to break a Comcast contract to do it and pay their 270 dollar termination fee...I tried to file for my reimbursement for the fee which I was explicitly told I would get...but AT&T rewards told me that while it WAS a valid promotion, that the god damned person who signed me up didn't add it to my account, and there was nothing they could do.

I have to say, not a good way to start our business relationship AT&T. As soon as another provider pulls through who isn't Comcast...I'm gonna bail.

Credit card processor for very small business?

Hey everyone, my wife wants to get a stand at our farmer's market, which means I'm going to have to figure out how to take credit cards. Now, I know there is Square, but for other truly small businesses who are doing less than 10k a gross sales each month, whose the least expensive?

DOH I missed the Rigid sale!

Home Depot has their Rigid 6.25" full standup jointer on sale for under 400 bucks!

I wish I had thought to check that last night, and now they're out of stock.

There is one beat up on on marketplace that's got to be at least 5 years old for 350 dollars. =(

Back to stalking FBM I guess. =)

Any good tool sales you guys miss, or things you wish you had thought to buy when building your shop originally?

I'm most of the way through my Anarchist workbench, and my god would this task have been easier with a jointer.

Anyone have plans for a router table they could share?

I need to build a router table, and was wondering if anyone had found a set of relatively easy to follow plans for one.

I'm using this Rigid Router 2 HP Multi Base Router Combo

I was planning on buying a Kreg Router Lift to incorporate into it (unless someone has specific and better options).

I would like to use a fence of some kind, but don't know what to buy/use, so if anyone has recommendations, please let me know!!

Thanks

Just pulled the trigger on a new Coffee Crafters Duo!!

I've been bothering Jason and Bryce over there for a couple months now as I impatiently waited for it to be ready. Until now there have been literally no choices for prosumer fluid bed roasters that will do between 500g-2 pound batches, they're either all tiny 150-250g sample roasters or big commercial units sized for someone selling coffee for a living. Hopefully it arrives soon!! Came in at just under 4 grand with the Hermetheus CoPilot automation and the exhaust blower motor, so a few hundred less than an Aillio Bullet R2 with about the same capacity, but in a fluid bed not a drum roaster.
