Missed Internal Evaluation + Module Exam

In 2nd year MBBS at DOW. In endocrine module my attendance is below the 75% mark even though I came diligently the whole module. Now my admin is not cooperating and not letting me sit in the module theory exam. So all I’m asking from people who have knowledge about this or are seniors, will this affect my final result? Like some people are saying if you miss a module exam they deduct 15 marks from that module in proffs. And some are saying that these module exams and internal evaluation do not count in final result. If someone can confirm any of the statements kindly do so. Should I give me internal evaluation vivas and ospe? Is it of use? Not asking about preparation in proffs but like will this affect my final result and GPA?

Is Argentina really getting the easier route in the World Cup?

Before anyone starts, I’m a Messi fan. This isn’t a Ronaldo vs Messi debate, and I don’t want replies saying “Ronaldo is the GOAT” or “Messi is the GOAT.” That’s not what I’m asking.

Lately I’ve been seeing a lot of people claim that Argentina has been getting an easy route in the 2026 World Cup, that referees keep favoring them, and even that FIFA wants Messi to win another World Cup.
Some people go as far as saying that if this keeps happening, then Messi’s World Cup achievements shouldn’t count because they were “cheated” or “gifted.”

As a Messi fan, I honestly don’t want to blindly defend him if there’s legitimate evidence. At the same time, I don’t want to believe conspiracy theories just because they’re repeated online.

So I’m asking for an honest discussion:

  1. Has Argentina actually had an easier path than other contenders?

  2. Have there been objectively incorrect refereeing decisions (fouls/penalties that were/were not given) that consistently benefited Argentina?

  3. Is there any credible evidence that matches are fixed or referees are biased, or is this mostly fan speculation?

  4. If there really was evidence of systematic favoritism, would it be fair to question Messi’s World Cup legacy? Or is that taking it too far?

Please keep this evidence-based. I’m looking for match clips, referee analysis, statistics, and reliable arguments, not fan takes from either side. Also, no fan trash-talking. If you think someone else is your goat, you do you boo, but no need to drag others’ views.

I’m perfectly happy to hear arguments that Argentina has deserved everything. I’m also willing to hear evidence if people think otherwise. I just want the truth.

Absence in Internal Assessment Viva

URGENT!!

Can any senior from dow mbbs tell me if absence in internal assessment modular viva can cost you marks in PROFFS? Like I’m in second year and some of my friends are saying that if you don't appear in internal assessment viva they deduct some marks from that subject that you were absent on in proffs? Is this true? I thought only modular theory paper was important for proffs. People are saying that those who failed proffs are the ones who did not appear in internal assessment vivas. And I’m not talking about the preparation aspect I’m talking about the marks aspect. Help me clear this confusion.

Can I pass USMLE all steps without having any researches?

I’m a 2nd year MBBS student in Pakistan. I know it’s important and when taking your application they notice your research counts. But I’m asking to those who are already done their USMLE and also got in specialty in the US. If I didn’t do any researches, will I be rejected first thing? I am currently a part of one research. But that’s it. I know it may be that I do more researches in the coming years but if I didn’t get the opportunity to, if my USMLE scores are good, is there a chance I’ll be accepted into residency and match even?

So here’s a thing: I’m in 2nd year MBBS. In all honesty, I didn’t prepare enough for my internal evaluation module exam of Neuroscience module. Any seniors here who can guide me if I don’t give my internal evaluation viva and only give the theory exam. How much will it affect my GPA? And also, will it fail me if I managed to pass proffs exams (theory + viva both). (P.s: I don’t usually backout from internal evaluations but I was hella unprepared for this module.)
