Is there anything (horrific injury excluded..... don't even think about it) on the field this season that would make you question whether Caleb should not be locked up long term with a record breaking contract?? As long as Ben is his coach, I can't put my finger on anything. A higher completion % would be nice....but ultimately far from a deal breaker if he never gets there.
What kind of numbers do you want to see out of Rome this season that would justify extending him? I like him but at this point he hasn't lived up to his draft selection.

Question for any recent (within last few years) college grads. How many of you are working full time? Are you working a job you got your degree in? How long did it take you to find it? What kind of job did you have before you found your current? My son graduated a couple years and like many others had had a devil of a time finding something full time and permanent. I'm trying anything I can to try to help and to keep his spirits up. Don't have to explain how demoralizing it makes him feel.
