I have a couple of cheap dupes or characters I didnt really want and im becoming interested in this community so as a newb who's only watched videos what should I know?

Do I need special tools for rerooting? Is there a way to tie the hair? What glue do you use to set the hair?

What are the best tools for face ups?

What are some things to do or not to do when repainting?

Any other helpful tips are welcome, like telling material apart

The color fade sucks. Ok we all have heard the thing of G3 jinafire and why cant they fade her.... its because they suck at it! There is no consistency, if someone has a reason or lore why this is let me know.

I noticed it in lagoona before and figured it was budget line vs not but it goes beyond that when i recently noticed it on cupid. I'll give frankie a pass because they're different parts but

1. there no effort to fade jinafire more naturally.

2. lagoona has different fades on nearly every doll (G3 core 1 and scaradise beach are pretty similar, oasis is to the knee even though shes a nice, pricier doll then theres buried secret masked dance and its her whole leg)

3. birthday cups has a fade to the top of the calf vs cabin slay-cation is a stark B&W at the knee joint.

What is up with this??

I cant tell what this symbol is next to blocked library is used for, its not a favorites indicator, not part of the background... haven't used her much so best guess is the character since im in her pack with her equipped

Hey all! Looking for some creative dates with my partner and id love to take them to a scrapbook Cafe because they like scrapbooking and we've enjoyed pottery cafes before. Problem is im seeing exactly one in st Margaret's bay and its not even clear if it is a cafe or just a merchandise location. Answering what exactly that store does and/or giving locations that do this sort of thing would be awesome, thanks!
