Im in early stages of looking for and buying a home and I spoke to one realtor Thursday for the first time and another today for the first time. I like them both and they pretty much said the same exact thing in regards to my situation. I have a couple months till im actually going to seriously start looking. My question is when do I have to cut one of them loose? Legally? Professionally? Im not looking to burn bridges or really piss someone off. Ehats the appropriate time to let one of them no their services are no longer.

We havent dated officially for years, but have stayed close and have had some stints where it seemed like we were going to start dating again. Like 8 months ago we almost dated officially again but I came to my senses and realized I do not trust her one bit. She is so dumb and selfish its scary. So I pretty much cut her off till one day she called 14 times at 5am and texted me 38 time asking to just have sex and leave and I stupidly agreed. We did that and then didnt speak for 6 weeks and I thought hmm im fine with this dynamic.

So I then get a text from her around our birthdays because theyre a day apart and then we start talking again because well im horny and want to meet. That doesnt happen, but I end up taking her out for her birthday as its first and end up buying her $1000 shoes which i do regret lol. Then we go out to dinner and get trashed and go back to my place and she screams at me for ending things and makes me feel awful, but i felt as if she ws guilting me back into her clutches. She leaves and no sex is had, but she promised to make me dinner as my bday gift at my expense. Before that happens she begs for money to get her nails done and then some more to pay her phone bill. I cave and give her that. Then on my birthday she calls me frantic aaking to borrow $300 because she lost her car keys and needs to pay the locksmith. I send her that but feel pretty shitty about having to do that. Then a day or 2 later she calls asking for more money for her lashes or eyebrows or something and I just say not until she makes me my dinner. Im also at this point tired of being her cash register. She goes off about men needing to be the provider and this and that and I tell her I dont think we are good for eachother and we should part ways. That ends up working and she agrees to come make me dinner and my stupid ass allowed that to happen.

I asked for an Argentinian dish that requires skirt steak and chimichuri. So that night after going to the super market she shows up slightly drunk and very high. Also she bought flank steak instead of skirt steak and was missing several ingredients for the chimichuri. I end up cooking the steak because I dont want her to smoke out my house and I also help making the poor attempt at chimichuri and it all comes out pretty terribly. After the awful dinner we hang and watch a movie and then she leaves.

A day or 2 later she calls me frantically yet again saying she caused an accident with car and received three moving violations and I also learn she has no car insurance. She tells me the cop and the other guy were both screaming at her. She was asking me if I know a good lawyer and I was just like I have no idea how to help you with this and she is like idk why I called you and hangs up.

So I start to really feel like everytime she calls me its because she needs or wants something so I decided to start ignoring her and see what happens. So about 4 days after her accident I get 2 calls from for that I dont pick up and several texts asking me to seriously call her. I do not. The next day she calls again several times and I dont pick up. Then the following day she texts me says its "really fucking weird that I disappeared on her"

So after 6 days of silence on thrusday I start seeing posts from her social media and it looks like some new guy bought her new nicer shoes and flew her to so lavish getaway and im like thank God lol. Happy she found some other guy to leech off of. But then this morning I wake up and my phone is ringing at 3:15 am. Its her. I dont pick up and then she calls again and I dont pick up again. I feel like she wants to stick it to me or something absolutely awful happened and she needs serious immediate help that I really dont want to be burdened with.

It wasnt always like this with her and I. I have a lot of love for her from when we first started dating. When she uses me or does these ill advised things it makes me worry a lot and when she needs something I cave because I care. She used to support her self and would never ask for hand outs. She used to not abuse substances. She has really changed in some pretty awful ways and is truly a thorn in my side. I dont want to abandon her and I wish there was some way that I could help her that wouldnt also ruin my life or make me miserable. Any advice or critiques are appreciated.

When ever i get into an uber its always they dont pay us enough this they dont tip us enough that. But rarely have i been picked up in a crappy car. Its always a brand new spotless 40,000 to 60,000 dollar car. Ive rode in several teslas and I dont live in an area with a low cost of living even when gas isnt a fortune.

There are so many things that can lower the drug levels in your body. Do we have to got to our doctor for all of them or are there any resources with this information already?

Just found them. Never seen them before. They have a door saver 2 which has its own pin and the door saver 3 that uses the existing one. I like the look better than the standard hinge pin stop. My questions are which one is better and with the door saver 3 since it prevents the pin from going into the bottom in the hinge does that affect the door from functioning properly at all?

It seems like every single door I order from my lumber yard has an issue and I always have to do extra work when installing. The problems ive encounter are

- the door is too wide for opening or jamb header piece isnt long enough

- the hinge mortise is a different depth in each of the three mortise

- The hinge mortise depth is uneven so by the pin its a 1/16 and then tapers to no depth

- the hinge screws seem to always be on an angle.

- pretty often the door stops are not nailed on in line with eachother and have to be taken off and moved

- they never drill out properly for the precision concealed magnetic catches on double doors

- on double doors the margin will be 3/16 on the top of one door and 1/8 on the other

- The hinge mortise will be 1 inch on the door and 1 1/8 on the jamb

Obviously I could check every door and not accept ones that are messed up in those ways but thats a pain in the ass if you order 30 doors and not all problems are visible till you unpack them.
