I’m a busy 36 working mom with two young kids. I have anything from 3-20 pound dumbbells at my house and a treadmill. I want to build strength, tone up and lose fat. I have between 30-45 mins sometimes could squeeze in more for a solid workout. I’m truly overwhelmed with the amount of options. I’ve tried Align and like it but wanted to see if anyone has any ideas or other teams they suggest.

we leased our 2025 R1S in September 2024 so still have some time but want to long term plan.
we put $20k down at lease signing so I am trying to figure out how does it work if we want to buy.
right now the value says $64K but we still have 14 months left on the lease.
I brought my kids (3&5) to swim at the pool after work, all by myself. For some reason I thought of Alex and the lack of being able to handle her own two kids by herself. this made me think of my 20year old self nannying for 4 girls 10 months, 3, 5 and 6 years old one summer. I took those girls everywhere by myself. The pool, parks, the mall, etc.
