Hi all, I’m planning to take train from Napoli to Zurich. Napoli Centrale to Zuerich Hb
• 14:40 - 23:27. 1 change in Milan with 46 min transfer time. Do you think this is enough, I was checking delays of first train and there is always minor delay of 7-14min. Thanks

Holland2stay service cost settlement after moving out

Hi all, I ended my contract in May this year with Holland2stay. The service costs for past year (2025) are settled always in July current year (2026). Considering that I finished contract and got my deposit back, now I was waiting for final service cost settlements 2025 & 2026 (those 5 months) included. Now Holland2stay told me that 2026 service cost settlement will be done next year in July 2027. Is this even legal? I have final meter readings so why they cannot do it now?

Leather chairs

Hi I bought these chairs at online auction, hoping they would be in a bit better condition. Nevertheless could you please give me tips how to get rid of these spots. I managed to get rid of water marks, but these seem to be of different source than water? I tried also leather cleaner but it didn’t really help. Thanks!

Verwarming installatie

Hi all, we bought house with very old 2 gas boilers for hot water only and there is basically no heating in the house, except the ground floor. I know there are tons of options for heating. However we decided for hybrid CV combi ketel, plus radiators or underfloor heating in the rooms,TBD based on price. (Heat pump maybe next year). We need the old gas piping to be checked and 2 old gas boilers removed and install new cv combi ketel in the attic. Do you have any recommendations for reliable company, installateurs? Thanks

Textured paint- wallpaper

Hey all, we removed the old wallpaper, but there’s still one bottom layer left on themost of the walls. In some places it came off easily, but in the most areas it’s still stuck quite well.
We were thinking of removing only the loose parts without using chemicals or other liquids. After that, if possible, we’d apply a penetrating primer/base coat, then white paint to even out the color differences, and finally a textured paint finish that looks similar to plaster.
Do you think this approach would work, or would the remaining wallpaper layer cause problems later? Thanks!
