Pray for me Yall
I don’t know if this is totally the right place to discuss this, but my biggest client is presenting me with a very unique problem that is going to lead to an awkward conversation with my Supervisor. The company wants me to install BlueLightIT Ninja on my laptop to assess risk management for the company’s data, basically a program that will crawl through my whole computer, though “read-only”. 3 months ago, I’d be hesitant, but now with the new laws in places who hate us, I have 300gb of data that I’d prefer not enter those states. Not to mention, if one of y’all’s designs ends up in one of those states, the last thing I want is for that IP to be used against us.
I’ve already tried offloading all of that data before the company sent me up north last month, but that proved moot as every action crashed my cloud and file explorers. I have the one fully functional laptop, so someone’s data is probably gonna have to go. Don’t know if any of you guys are having to deal with this, but it may just be a consequence of the new laws and now I have deal with it and open up the door with my client about politics that I had wished to remain neutral.
The Icarus beta is going slow, but well. Some good news is that I think full sized Glock mags will work instead of just G43x and 48 mags
