Went a date a month ago with a girl I've known through acquaintances. Went well but then things we both went quiet. I sort of just went meh and moved on. During this period her friends which I saw kept making sneaky remarks whenever id be around. Fast forward she just drops me a text out the blue with a photo of my dog with another humping the air lol with a text saying "x's boyfriend btw" granted we never really texted before just in person exchange's.

Honestly not too sure how to take this as she's been hot and cold in the past. Why wait over a month to hmu? Just dtf or Is this just attention seeking or am I missing something here

Looking for advice. 07 5.7 V8

Whenever I press the accelerator, I get a strange drone/humming noise. It happens regardless of speed, but the sound changes with more throttle. When letting my foot go it almost sounds like an 18 wheeler for a few seconds then releases.

I originally thought it was the muffler because it had a hole, so I replaced it with an aftermarket one. The noise still persists. I’ve already taken it to at least three other mechanics, and they all keep saying it’s just the exhaust being loud. One also claimed front bearing but that it's non related. Am I going crazy?

Could it really still be the exhaust? I’m personally convinced it might be related to the differential, but lift tests haven’t shown any abnormal sounds.

I’ve known this girl for about 5 years and there’s always been tension, but the situation got messy because I hooked up with her friend before. We’ve never really texted much, and there was a lot of games, so I pulled back and ghosted after she flaked last time.

Last week she suddenly started giving me hints again, I took her on a dog walk date as I figured it be low pressure , and we ended up making out pretty intensely at the end. Now it’s been 5 days and neither of us has texted.

I’m confused because I didn’t expect her to come on that strong after all this time and all the history. Im torn between pulling through and work drama

Am I being a bishe because Ive had a crush on her and acting beta? Did I kill the vibe by not following up, or is she waiting on me?
