This is important because this challange i have tried 3 times but failed i could not complete this even if i tried 3 times.
Lets see..........
My before weight was after eating a heavy meal and after when i was 12hour into my fast.
Only thing i did was fast15-18 hours and did chloe ting 2021 weightloss workout of 21 days
Had no desire to workout, just keep reminding myself it just one of those bad days
Drag myself to complete it
I am on Day 6 of 75 days and i missed one workout.
what should i do............ restart?

Starting 75 Hard
First time trying 75 Hard, and I’m making this post mainly as a starting point for myself—something I can come back to at the end and see how far I’ve come.
I’m a woman, 83 kg at 5'3", and my goal is to lose around 9–10 kg over the journey.
But honestly, the weight loss is secondary. My biggest goal is consistency.
I’ve started things before and struggled to stick with them, so this time I want to focus on showing up every day, building discipline, and actually following through with what I say I’m going to do.
I’m not expecting perfection. I just want to see what happens when I stop quitting on myself.
Hopefully, when I come back to this post 75 days from now, I’ll be proud of the person who started here.

I loved Tangled so much growing up like a girl trapped in a tower with mother constantly telling her don't go outside there are monsters and all the restrictions...... damn so relatable
SO they are making tangled live action and the actress who will play rapunzal is Teagan Croft who is beautiful but when i first saw she looked like Naomi Scott idk.
But i cannot get florence pugh out of my head she was perfect for this
I don't have anybody to talk to about this, so what are your thoughts on this.
