Anyone else having low kids?

This is my fifth year in general. My kinders are so low. I was asking them to flat our repeat one line of Queen Queen Caroline and I was getting blank stares. They also have no concept of singing. I’ve never seen kindergarteners this low. Anyone else running into this problem? How are we getting around it?

Instagram’s new AI feature

Did you all hear about how now any public account (unless you turn it off) can let anyone turn your photos into AI? I’m surprised influencers aren’t spreading awareness about it…. Granted I heard about this on a survivor player’s account.

To me, it shows so me how much they are not protecting their kids even from AI..

Steak marinade - sub brown sugar?

My husband wants steak and twice baked potatoes for Father’s Day. I’m trying to find a marinade that’s toddler friendly. I found the one attached but I personally don’t like how it has brown sugar (though I might sub it for applesauce or honey). Thoughts? Or is there a better marinade that’s better? I am looking for a tasty marinade that will be good for us as well as toddler friendly. I also don’t want it super salty because of the fact the twice baked potatoes will have Parmesan and bacon bits.

Meals for a day out and about

Hi everyone!

So another question ….

We are taking our 13 month old to an adventure/theme park. I was thinking her meal schedule would be something like this.

Breakfast at the hotel, try to get eggs, whole milk, and yogurt.

Lunch being a happy baby fruit pouch plus baby bel cheese (she loves cheese and apparently those can be unrefridgerated for up to four hours) - this is especially if we can’t find any theme park food that would be “toddler friendly” with water.

Dinner would try to be somewhere that has toddler friendly options/sides.

Also will have graham crackers as a snack (or ritz crackers because she loves those more lol).

Any thoughts?

Introducing peanut butter

I’d like to introduce peanut butter soon. I’m so anxious about it despite there are no immediate allergies to peanut butter to our little one. Best resources/suggestions? I’m also thinking about doing it at a breakfast time so if there is a reaction, we catch it during the day.

Does anyone have a recipe for pugelise and/or ciabatta in the bread machine? The ciabatta recipe I found isn’t great and I’m struggling finding a pugelise recipe.
