Hanging Shelves

I'm trying to hang some shelves on slats in my townhome along the wall separating us and our neighbours. I will try to hit all the studs where I can, but due to the fixed length of the shelves, there are some areas where I will only be hitting drywall. My question is, do I use the Toggler Snaptoggle anchors for all the areas where it doesn't hit studs? Like if I have 2 togglebolts at the top and bottom of each vertical track, do I need anymore in between? I fear that's a lot of toggle bolts I'm putting into the wall. Each toggle bolt is rated for 200lbs+/-, and I'm mostly just putting up display items like figurines/models rather than books.

Edit: thanks everyone for the feedback, seems like toggle bolt supports are the way to go based on vast majority of the comments. I’ll probably put a toggle on the top and another some where just above halfway across all the drywall without a stud. If it doesn’t seem sturdy then I’ll put another one near the bottom, but I think a few wall anchors might be okay at the bottom. Pray for me that I’ll hit at least 2-3 studs! Will report back once I have the shelf up.

Storklinta Drawers rub

I've had multiple Malms in my life, and this is the first one (Malm changed to Storklinta) where I've built and the drawers rub against each other due to the new height of the finger pulls instead of the old ones where it's just a 30 deg. angle of the drawer face as a pull. Does anyone know how to fix this? 2-3 of my drawers rub against each other in one side or the other. I've screwed everything straight and arrow the best I can during installation.

This is the worst version of the Malm I've ever owned, especially with the new child lock that you can't disable unless you rip apart the locking mechanism.

No live ethernet

We just moved into a fairly new apartment, and we got Telus installed with the 1.5gb. However, none of my ethernet is working. I'm not saavy in cabling infrastructure but are the CAT6 not terminated?

The building was advertising Rogers internet. Does that have to do with why the CAT6 don't work since Rogers uses Coax? Or was Telus supposed to connect the router/modem to the coax on the right?

Removing polyurethane from oak ply

I polyurethaned this oak plywood to be used as my computer desk surface a few years ago. I didn't realize, but the mouse pad eventually left a stain on the work surface. I'm hoping to remove the existing polyurethane finish and put a dark stain on it so that I don't worry about the surface being stained over time. What's the best way to go about this? Is the method to use a varnish remover like Ez Strip (Canada doesn't have Stripeze)? I've never used the product, does it just wipe the existing poly finish off? Or do I need to use a plastic putty knife to try to scrape off?

I assume after the product is off, let dry and apply stain, and refinish with another layer of poly? Thanks in advance.

EV Chargers with access control in strata parkade?

I'm moving into a townhouse strata building and was trying to find a EV charger that has some sort of access control so others don't yank my charger to plug into their own car. Ideally something that's Bluetooth enabled as I'm not sure if the parkade would have WiFi connection. Does anyone have any product recommendations or any access control methods?
