Can I go back onto UC 2 years after my claim was closed?

Hi all, England here.

2 years ago my claim was closed for failure to provide bank statements. I reported a change of earnings late, got hit with an overpayment and fine (that im still paying off) and then they requested my bank statements. I didn’t give them.

Fast forward to now I’m on carers allowance and really struggling financially. I am a full time carer for an elderly parent. I’m mentally torn between:

not claiming UC again because I can’t be bothered to deal with the stress of being asked for bank statements and wondering what they’ll say if I reapply and they notice my claim was closed for refusal to give them back then (would they ask to see those from 2 years ago? would they ask why I didn’t give them? would they ask to see some from now at the application stage? would my overpayment debt be an obstacle?)

OR

Claiming money I believe I am entitled to that would alleviate my financial situation. I think my monthly could go from the £345 I’m currently getting to £600? It would certainly help, and I’ve also been told my work commitments would be nonexistent, so no appointments or anything like that.

Please can someone advise. I’ve been thinking about whether or not to reapply for UC every day for months now.

Has anyone’s synchronise feature suddenly stopped working?

I’ve been recording content successfully every day for the past week. What I do is record the video from my Sony a73 and the audio from my DJI pocket 2 because I have a microphone with better audio picked up on it.

I then import into premiere the video and audio from both. So 4 components, 2 video files and 2 audio files. I only need 2, the video from Sony camera and the audio from DJI camera.

So I put all 4 into the timeline, right click synchronise , right click to unlink then delete the 2 I don’t need.

Today for some reason premiere refuses to synchronise them. No error message. It doesn’t do anything , and then later on it attempts to synchronise but does it unsuccessfully. What on earth has happened?

No it isn’t a variable frame rate issue , I haven’t touched either cameras settings , I’ve been following the same process for days so somethings bugging out via premiere. I’ve cleared media cache.

Lastly, I can manually link the audio clips , I can see the peak in the waveform of where I clap at the beginning of filming, but ideally I don’t want to manually start syncing everything from now on.

Is it common for payment to be received after the 5-8 business day timeframe, and by how much?

Sold some bad bunny tickets, buyer accepted the tickets via Ticketmaster, haven’t heard of them having any issue with them whatsoever.

Payment guidelines state I’ll receive payment NO LATER THAN 5-8 business days after the event takes place, today is the 9th business day and the payment status remains “pending”.

StubHub AI says it’s progressing as expected, I explained it can’t be both “as expected” and “no later than 5-8 business days” but ai is ai lol.

Anyone had any issues like this? Do I need to escalate or wait it out? How much longer than the 8th business day have people had to wait?
