Manga Readers What do you think of Igarashi after reading the manga and knowing the entire story?

Since only one season of the anime came out a lot of anime only watchers who initially despised Igarashi started full on supporting him and switching teams which I get considering the amount of information they've got so far but after knowing the full story in the manga where is Igarashi on your scale?

I personally dont like the dude but I also acknowledge that he's a kid still at the end of the day and theres a lot of room for improvement for him since he didnt have any ill intent towards Koyun so theres a lot of hope for his character and >! he was very mistaken between liking koyun and liking the idea of dating her cause we can tell he never actually liked her but I really liked the interaction him and Koyun had in the manga in the convenient store and them finally getting the closure they needed!< but I'm honestly surprised by how many people like Igarashi rn like they like him so much there are full on fan edits screaming how he was done horribly wrong, ofcourse these are anime only watchers but still I was wondering where does he stand in Manga readers scale.

Does anyone know who said this to Sasaki?

It's obvious that whoever said this line "I wish we had never met Sasaki-San." was a person who was very important to Sasaki, even just as important as Tayama is to Sasaki and we see this quote multiple times going on in his head throughout the manga confirming on how much this line being said to him traumatised him cause he remembers it again in chapter 62 when Yamada told him that they're just strangers anyway which triggered this memory again in his mind.

On the day when Sasaki and Yamada wanted to ask each other if they wanted to go eat ramen together, he told himself that he shouldn't be overconfident like last time and told himself to never forget what happened last time. So whatever happened definitely is connected to this person who said that they wish they never met Sasaki. Is this his First girlfriend the one who taught him smoking? Or is it someone else? What are your theories on it? I'd love to hear it....Also whatever happened with this person could be the reason why he's extremely cautious and careful with Yamada/Tayama in the first place cause he told himself that he got overconfident before so I'm assuming Sasaki wasn't always this cautious person and whatever happened with this person made him have a lot of regrets on how he acts so he's been extra careful, respectful and cautious ever since like yamada said he kept walking on eggshells around her until she told him to quit it and as Ono San said to that he can be lazy sometimes because he doesn't say what he feels to Tayama, this whole cautious behavior of Sasaki could've started entirely due to whatever happened in his past with this person whoever he/she is.

Why are people so convinced that these two won't end up together?

Genuine question, Did the author already say that these two will not end up together? Cause a lot of the fandom state that it will be a pretty bittersweet ending so was wondering if this was confirmed by sources and if the author confirmed this as well?

And by end up together I mean like atleast an open ending implying that they got together, or a hug or something.

Question: Do retail and hospitality workers actually love their job?

We all know retail workers don't have an easy job. Long hours, irregular schedules at times and pretty low pay so I've always been under the assumption that they do the job to get by in life for the time being whilst trying for something else. But this show kind of gave me a whole new refreshing perspective seeing Yamada and how honest she is about how much she loves her job as a cashier. She's so grateful every single day and I was kind of surprised seeing how much she loves her job cause I haven't met a lot of ppl in the hospitality sector who likes their job and its for very valid reasons. Dealing with shitty customers, low work pay, long hours, social amiable mode always on 24/7 its absolutely exhausting. So I'd like to know if the people who work in this sector actually loves their job and what do they love about it and would they like doing this for a decade or more. Genuinely curious.

I just realised it'll take about 2 weeks for them to talk again in their timeline whereas it'll take about 4 months in our timeline😭.

This is for those caught up with the manga spoilers ahead. Since a chapter comes out once a month, it'll take probably about 3-4 more chapters for Sasaki and Yamada to resolve this issue and finally have a conversation again. This is taking into account how much inner work Yamada needs to get done before she can talk to Sasaki again and same goes for Sasaki.

Yamada needs to get learn how to get out of her self loathing stage and for this she needs to talk to Noma first and foremost. After that she needs to resolve the issues with Ono San and they'll have a heart to heart chat of ofcourse. Meanwhile Sasaki will be at his mentors place for the weekend probably so there will be one long chapter dedicated to his time spent with his mentor where he'll get his own advice and we'll also get more insight on what happened further in Sasakis past. Next Sasaki might also have to talk to Nishizono San as well Considering how depressed she because hearing about Onos retirement.

Also since the Manager also told Yamada that she can talk to her whenever she wants to something tells me Yamada will finally tell the manager about what happened between her and sasaki since she trusts the manager the most after sasaki. All in all we have a total of 5 conversations that have been hinted that's going to Happen before Sasaki and Yamada finally sees one another again. Add on to the moments when they'll be thinking about each other while having their alone time as well, we can make an approximate deduction of this taking 3 chapters or so😭. So that's legit 3-4 months in our timeline where it might just be 10 days in their timeline😭😭😭😭. Like Sasaki and Yamada aren't the only ones yearning anymore we're all desperate for them to breath the same air again and talk again😩❤️.

So do they use the camera with this one or is it just the null object plus changing the position, rotation and scale of each individual layer one by one.

Certain parts of this story that are passed off as humor that I personally dislike

I love spyx family so much and I know since its a mix of dark themes and comedy and wholesome, theres gonna be a lot of things that are made light off as a joke cause thats the only way to make a story like this funny when its premise itself is pretty sad. These are all the things that are passed off as humor which I personally am not a huge fan of but I see why people find them funny cause it is presented in a funny manner.

1. Anya being terrified of being thrown out all the time- Anya being a 5 year old kid who was just adopted but she constantly lives in the fear of being abandoned by Loid. Now this isnt Loids fault ofc cause theres no way of him knowing she can read minds but it genuinely breaks my heart when I see how terrified she is of being thrown into an orphanage again by Loid. Everything Anya does in this series stems from the absolute fear of being abandoned and this is often played out as humorous to make light of the situation.

2. Loid's burnout- Loid is an extremely overworked spy and hes traumatised to the point where he doesnt even remember his parents faces but what really breaks my heart is how freaking exhausted he gets and he still curses himself for not being perfect. This plot of him being burnt out exhausted to the point of him passing out in the hallway multiple times is often played as comedy which is again something I personally dislike cause after a while you just wish this man got some peace of mind and rest. I was really glad he was able to rest for a while after the wheeler arc but still. Loid legit passing out due to exhaustion multiple times is something I genuinely hate being passed off as humor cause hes not just burnt out but genuinely tired of that life.

3. Yor beating up Loid for humor- This might be the hottest take that I make and I will get a lot of hate for this, but another thing I personally dislike is making light of how Yor beats Loid up unintentionally when he gets too close. This is passed off as extremely funny and I know a lot of people do find loid getting his ass kicked by yor funny but its something I do personally dislike and I'm happy with the recent development cause it doesnt seem like Yor is scared anymore of being close to loid as much as she used to. I know its not her intention to hurt her and obviously not her fault cause she genuinely does feel really bad about it. But this being passed off as humor is what I personally dont agree with.

I know why people find these plot points funny cause it is presented in a very humorous way thats why this is a personal opinion. What do you guys think about these plot points?

Absolutely Hot Take that I'm gonna get a lot of hate for: Yota was a much better friend to Koyun than he was to Minato.

I personally Love Yota so much, all the four leads have a huge special place in my heart and Yota and Koyun's friendship in my opinion is actually the best friendship in this show and a major highlight on how good this anime is. That's to say I was also pretty disappointed on how Yota could never tell that Minato had a crush on Koyun when he could immediately tell that Koyun had a crush on Minato despite her poker face. Minato is someone who wears his heart on his sleeve, the people who didn't even know him at all including Tsukiko, Momoka and Akine could immediately clock Minato's crush on Koyun cause He never tried to hide it one bit, his feelings were straight up shown on his face. The fact that these three people who doesnt even know Minato could immediately tell how much he likes Koyun but Minato's closest friends couldn't tell shows how much little attention his friends pay to him.

The reason I dont mind Miki or Koyun not being able to tell that Minato likes Koyun is because Miki has been a little oblivious from the beginning, she couldnt tell Yota likes her the whole time and she also thinks that Koyun likes Yota and couldnt figure out that Koyun actually likes Minato, and I completely understand why Koyun couldnt tell that MInato likes her as well because she still has a long way to go with her self confidence and self esteem. Koyun doesnt think anyone can like her because of how low her self confidence is. If Yota was just as dense with not being able to tell about Koyuns feelings then I probably wouldnt be annoyed at the fact that he cant tell Minato's either but that isnt the case unfortunately cause Yota immediately understood that Koyun likes Minato despite Koyuns poker face.

It was disappointing because you could tell this friend you met a couple months ago likes someone but you couldnt tell that your bestfriend from junior high who's so obvious about his feelings likes someone is whats sad. Its even sadder cause if youre a manga reader who read it till the end you'll know how much Minato suffered cause at one point it felt like he was all on his own. I'm not mad at Yota per se just disappointed that he couldnt notice how much his friend was going through so while Miki and Yota were always there for Koyun, its sad how much Minato had to shoulder on his own. I dont think its Miki or Yota's fault and do feel that Minato is responsible as well for not sharing and keeping it all in for sure, but I hope after the Manga ended in the future, Yota and Minato's friendship does get stronger considering Minato most probably will share more and Yota will definitely meet him halfway.

Edit: There's spoilers in the comments. please don't add spoilers in the comments without the spoiler tag.

Honestly Im not mad at Momoka for trying to create rifts between Minato and Koyun.

I know a lot of people are pissed at her for the misunderstandings she's creating but what actually pissed me off with Episode 12 is how she made Minato feel like crap. She purposely made Minato feel like shit about himself and made him think his feelings are nothing but a nuisance to Koyuki and that Koyun would feel Disgusted when she finds out. Thats how you know she doesnt actually care about Minato's feelings more than her own. When you genuinely like someone you would never make them terrible about liking someone cause you want this person to be happy. You wouldnt give make them feel like a burden which is what Momoka did with Minato. Thats how you know she's operating from a place of ego and not love. Koyuki even in the manga always cared about how Minato felt about himself, she spents so much time hating herself she doesnt want any of her friends to feel that same way. Koyun genuinely cares about Minato's feelings thats the difference.

Chapter 134... Who rang the bell

Guys could it actually be the Director of SSS who rang the bell in the end instead of Yor? I'm pretty sure Yor will follow suit as well after a while but we saw in the chapter that the director wanted to come to the house party really badly cause he was so excited until he was uninvited so what if its actually him. And holy crap THE THOUGHT OF THE DIRECTOR AND TWILIGHT MEETING IS FREAKING ME OUT BUT THATLL BE SUCH GOOD DRAMA I WANT IT.

We all have heard of it. The Zone. The point of working where you completely lose track of time cause you're so incredibly immersed in what you're doing that time just flies by and you can't get enough. You realise you want more you need to do it more you can't wait for the next day cause you wanna do it again and again cause you're getting obsessed with improving and growing in your career. This is a point where a lot of people really desperately want to get including me.

That dopamine rushing in and its exhiliarating and the feeling that nothing can stop cause you actually love you work sometimes this realisation occurs when you start your career or even before that and sometimes it occurs much later while doing the same thing on a random Tuesday. What did it feel like for you? When did you realise "Damn I want to keep doing this. I wanna keep coming back everyday cause I can't get enough. I actually love this so much." Describe the moment cause I really wanna hear everyone's perspectives and their moments.
