made vegan dumplings entirely from scratch today and i’m weirdly proud of the wrappers LOL. tofu shreds + cabbage + carrots + green onion filling (i stir fried these veg w/ some onion and garlic, light soy sauce, and salt and pepper before cooling them off and wrapping)
I usually don't like fish because it's... fishy... but darn it does this taste incredible 🤤 i feel like the tons of lemon i put in it cancelled that fishy taste i dislike so much. loved it with broccoli and potatoes!! absolutely devoured
we've established that this tofu just HITS buuuut chayote is so underrated I will not take questions
serious question: did my mushroom ATE better than me rn?!! this is too good with rice :D
