DAV (BHU affiliate) or NSUT Delhi for masters?

Need some honest advice.
I’ve converted two options for my Master’s in Psychology:
DAV College (affiliated with BHU)
NSUT Delhi
I’m trying to decide between them and would really appreciate honest opinions from students or alumni.
How are the psychology departments, faculty, course curriculum, research exposure, internships, placements, and overall learning environment? Are there any major pros or cons I should know before making my decision?
Thanks in advance!

CUET PG Psychology (195 OBC) – Realistic chances in DU/AUD/NSUT/JMI?

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for a realistic opinion from people who’ve been through this process.
CUET PG Psychology: 195 (OBC, Non-Delhi)
Applied to DU, AUD, NSUT, and BHU
Currently allotted DAV PG College (BHU affiliated), but it’s my last preference since I want to study in Delhi. BHU main campus closed at 202 for 3rd round so almost negligible chances of main campus as well in 4th round.
JMI entrance score: 81.75, but from what I’ve heard, the cutoff may close around 85, so I’m unsure there as well.
After seeing the first AUD list and DU’s second list, I’m honestly feeling quite discouraged. Does 195 still have any realistic chance in later rounds for DU, AUD, or NSUT, or should I start preparing mentally for BHU?
I have clinical anxiety, and this uncertainty has been exhausting. I’m not looking for false hope, just an honest, realistic assessment from anyone familiar with previous years’ admissions.
Thanks.

Hey, what could be the cutoff for JMI Ma Psychology 2026? General

The paper was considerably easy so I don’t think we can rely on past year cutoffs .
I am scoring around 82/100, realistically do I have a chance? I would appreciate anyone helping as my CUET PG counselling is going on and my first preference would be Jamia so pls if anyone has any idea pls lmk.
Thank you

I might be taking admission in BHU for my masters (main campus) . I have a few queries if anyone can answer those.

Context: Female, course: Masters in Psychology

  1. How far is the airport from the campus and how to commute to the airport (cabs, public transport etc)?

  2. How far is the railway station?

  3. How is the campus life in terms of social life, fests, conferences, extracurricular and amenities like gym, sports , library etc?

  4. How strict is the attendance policy ?

  5. How is the crowd in general regardless of department or course ?

  6. When does the end semesters usually take place since I have my brother’s wedding in December (10-11 to be precise) and would not like to miss it so what are the odds that I might not be able to go?

  7. How’s the mess food and what are the other options available?

  8. How much is the monthly expenditure (apart from the hostel fees)?

Thank you to everyone who choose to answer or share their experience in BHU.
