Dexedrine 5mg

Hello everybody so I took adderall 30mg IR back in 2022 for about 2 months and never had any issue; maybe some issues falling asleep but I also smoked marijuana then so didn’t bother me. Fast forward to yesterday morning I took 5mg Dexedrine and things went as expected until I got this full body sensation followed by a sense of impending doom. I immediately changed my setting and went for a walk, but some moderate anxiety persisted the whole day and I couldn’t sleep till 2am. Today I’ve been quite anxious about it too and I’m wondering why I could tolerate so much back then and now 5mg is of Dexedrine is making me feel so anxious and panicky.

1200 days clean

Keep going everybody. Whenever I'm having a hard day, week, or month I try to remember how I felt 3+ years ago quitting a half oz a day. How woke up every morning telling myself I need to quit, that today is the day I quit, just to come home at night and continue the habit. The weight of no longer dealing with that, dealing with knowingly lying to yourself is freeing.

24M Constant muscle spasms in left foot for a week now

Hey guys. I'm a 24 year old male experiencing near constant muscle spasms (mostly not visible) in my left foot, somewhat in my right foot too. Wondering what this could mean or should I be concerned? I'll also get the occasional muscle spams randomly throughout my body but these are pretty common for me.

Over the past couple weeks I've also had intermittent minor dizziness/vertigo which I attributed to allergies. Only thing of note is that I am in an accelerated nursing school with aspirations of going to medical school one day, and thus I feel a lot of pressure to get maintain my 4.0. Also, I've had ringworm from combat sports for the past 5 weeks, and so I've gone from intense activity 3 times a week to none for the past 5 weeks (ringworm nearly gone). Any thoughts are appreciated, its honestly been worrying me and impeding my focus.

Considering BSN to MD

Im currently in an ABSN program with a little less than a year before receiving my BSN (currently 3.9 gpa). Prior to this I earned a BS in Neuro-pharmacology (program now named Medicinal Neuroscience) which I had a overall GPA of 3.1 with a 3.3 science GPA. I did a post-bach semester to take prereqs for nursing school with a overall of 3.89 (all science courses, two retakes). After I become a nurse and work for a year, two, or three is there any chance I can make a competitive application. I also have about 1500 hours of undergrad research as I was on track to do a PhD but pivoted towards healthcare late.

My usual energy usage ranges from 500-700 kwh a month. This march they are charging me for 2200 kwh, 1800 of which were allegedly used between feb 17-march 4. That is 100kwh a day for 18 days. March 4th my meter was replaced with a new meter, and the subsequent 14 days of that bill I used 383 kwh (27 kwh a day). I've had about a dozen phone calls with them over the past month. First, they said they would start an "investigation", was instructed to call back in a week. Then I called back, the first women I talked to said the investigation was completed and the usage was correct, the meter reading was correct. I asked how they confirmed the meter reading was correct and she said they sent someone out to read it; so I asked how did someone read a meter that was replaced on march 4 and she hung up on me. I called back, asked to be connect to a supervisor who told me there was actually no record of an investigation, and that she would initiate one for me; this supervisor told me to not pay my bill until the investigation was complete. Today I called, the women I spoke to said the investigation revealed the meter reading was correct and that I actually used 2 months worth my usual energy usage between feb 17 and march 4. Upon request of the investigation's findings she could produce nothing that would prove the existence of it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and none were available. They are now threatening to shut off my power in a week if I dont pay the bill.
