guys, i want to upgrade. i’m looking to buy either a Mac with the M1 chip or a MacBook with the M1 chip. help me decide which one to choose

I have a 2015 MacBook Pro. I’ve started noticing that fewer and fewer software applications are supported; even Google sent a notification stating that a newer version of macOS is required—one that isn't supported on my current machine. I want to upgrade to an M1 model but can't decide which device to choose. Could you please advise on whether it's better to get a MacBook M1 or a Mac M1? I should mention right away that portability isn't a major priority for me, as I’ll be using the Mac for work and studies (music production, video editing, etc.). However, I’m not considering the Mac Studio because I need a device with a built-in display. Also, I don't plan on buying anything newer than the M1 generation, as prices for upgraded Intel-based Macs are often inflated in my country
