Fuel prices southern Indiana!

Stopped in to get a loan for gas money, Prices were $3.20 for reg gas but diesel was a whopping $5.74 a gallon - everything you consume is delivered by diesel trucks - wanna guess what prices are gonna do? I remember a time when diesel was cheaper than Gasoline! - WHY is diesel fuel so high in Indiana?
