Budget build

Should i rattle can paint this? It realistically would not be a wise idea to spend 3-7,000$ on paint alone. Im no rich man, so going 30-40k deep into this car is not an option i want to pursue. Realistically, 1 week of pay covers all the expenses for a rattle can job, and i mean look the paint isnt perfect right now.

Any tips/advice?

Instagram randomly "locked" my account because of a "hack". Now i cant get back in

Randomly got an email saying my account was "locked' to prevent "hacking activity". The number it has for sending the "security code" is outdated. Theres no way to update to my new number. How do i get my account back??
