Hello KDP-ers!

Has this happened to anyone else here?

Over the past 2 months, I've gone through multiple rounds by phone with Amazon customer service, and sent an appeal and they closed it a 2nd time?

I published 2 books at this account.

As far as I can tell, there should be no reason for this. I've provided all the documentation they asked for. I've talked to 3 supervisors, all to no avail.

I also sent a well written, kindly toned letter to jeff@amazon.com but got no response.

If anyone has any suggestions, or can recommend an expert consultant, I'd be very much appreciative.
