Hi

Another question about ranged attacks

Does the target get bonuses for being "Outnumbered" by his own allies?

In this skirmish-test the crossbowman is trying to hit the knight with the shield (pointed by my pencil, thank you Reddit) in an attempt to one-shot it. Edit: I know that shield give bonuses, but I forgot to mention it. No worries :)

Rules state that people with spears n pole-weapons can count as bonuses for the outnumbered property.

Does this apply to ranged attacks or not?

Imo, it should actually be the opposite, they hinder movement by not letting you move around. They shouldn't be giving that bonus.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks again.

PROBLEM SOLVED. THANKS EVERYONE

About Courage and Ranged weapons

I'm running my first test-skirmish to help me learn the rules.

My biggest problem is with ranged attack damage and Courage Tests.

The bowman (foreground) hit the crossbowman (1+1 for Pierced!)

Now, does the crossbowman have to take the courage test or not?

The rules say that only the Engaged Melee combatants must take the test. But I suppose it should be taken by everyone who got damaged, right?

I don't think somebody who just got an arrow in the shoulder shrugs it off as a gentle breeze, right?

I checked the advanced rules, since it's the section that covers the use and stats of ranged weapons, but I didn't find anything regarding this dilemma.

Thanks in advance

Question about paper mache

Hi.

I used styrofoam for buildings because it's lightweight and I had a ton of it lying around.

When I primed it the first time, I discovered that it's soluble(?) (the solvents in the primer made the styrofoam sizzle and smoke).

I thought of covering it with paper mache so that the primer would colour that and not make the styrofoam cosplay Anakin.

Also the paper mache would dissipate small impacts while moving my terrain pieces from one house/store to the other.

How many layers of paper mache do I need?

Thanks

Questions about weapons n commanders

1- EDIT!: I've found an answer. 2- I must have one commander per Group, right? Let it be peasants, levies, spearmen, etc etc.

Thanks in advance

Question about custom play

Can I make 6 heavy armoured knights fight 12 unarmoured infantrymen to mimic a siege breach/desperate last stand or something?

The 6 heavies would be the defenders, to make it more epic, obviously.

So the terrain would be somewhat favourable to them.

Thanks in advance!

Cheers!

Question about Bonus Attacks

So I was checking the rules for slings.

It says that, if the group doesn't move at all, every successful attack causes a bonus attack to be rolled.

My question is: does it imply that, as long as I make successful attacks, I can continue to make bonus attack-rolls?

Example:

6 rolls-> 3 successes->3 bonus rolls->2 successes->2 bonus rolls->1 success...etc etc

Thanks in advance.

Unleash your inner Redditor

Found this on Pinterest. Unleash your wrath, Reddit. I want chaos.

Edit:

It's a WiP (I suppose) Battle Brothers Mod to add armour variety

Greathelm x For Honor?

Yeah, so I've recently realised that this skirmish game is a 6v6... For Honor is 5v5...so.... This game can also be played as a sort of For Honor TT Game. I didn't see a sentence that states "Only Knights in a squad" nor "Only Knights vs Knights".

This bags the question: where can I find Samurai Heavy Infantry the scale of WGA/Victrix minis?
