My friend Gatba made these awhile ago when we were having a discussion about the best armor and I said the Adrian helmet was my favorite.

The barbute WAS a real helmet in 14th through 15th century, but it lacked a visor (picture 1). Was it really that far of a fetch to suggest that a visor could have been added. Yes, I understand that the visored barbute we've all seen (picture 2) isn't historically accurate. However, is it that historically innacurate to show a visored barbute?

Just fooling around with low fantasy custom helms design and wonder if this look ok or nah
