Do The Akatsuki Clear The Verse?

The memebers are:

Pain

Itachi

Obito

Orochimaru

Kisame

Deidara

Sasori

Konan

Kakuzu

Hidan

Zetsu

For the sake of a debate Obito won't get the 10 Tails.

My own thoughts is that Sasori, Kisame, Kakuzu, and Hidan should be stronger then anyone on the Rias's level but weaker then Issei at his peak and anyone that is comparable.

Pain, Itachi, and Konan should be stronger then anyone not an Issei at his peak and anyone that scales to him.

Obito depending on where you scale is somewhat weaker then the top tiers or way stronger then anyone in DXD.

Orochimaru should be way stronger then anyone in DXD which is the benefit of being a Boruto era character.

Zetsu is just kinda here.

As for speed everyone barring Zetsu should be way faster then anyone in DXD.

How do people scale the gods we see in the show and LN

I have wondered how do people scales the gods seen in the show and light novel, I have never seen the LN but I have seen the anime. I know in the world of DxD the legends of the gods are the same as the legends in our real world but does that mean they are as strong as the stories and legends are or do people just scale them of thier small amout of feats we have seen

Because if you scale the gods based of the legends to be told irl and mortal realm in the show they would be at there strongest

But if you scale them to only thier feats or actions they have done in the show and LN they are dramtically weaken to my knowledgde

Please let me know what you think and feel

Edited: thank you everyone for the feedback this helps a lot, and sorry if this was a silly question all my infomation comes from the anime and that is all, nothing else yet, but I am planning to read th LN in the future.
