I saw they were voted winners of a “Triple J Like A” contest a few years ago. It had me wondering if they won ironically or if people enjoyed the cover of “Elephant”.

Are they considered celebrities? Are they just seen as “for kids”? Are they cringe?

I didn’t grow up with them, but hearing their stuff nonstop as an adult with a toddler, I’m surprised of how talented they are/were as musicians.
