I contacted a small YouTuber and offered my video editing services. We agreed on $50 for a golf video, and he sent me around 1.5 hours of raw footage.

I spent hours editing it into a 20-minute video, created an intro, added graphics, and delivered the final edit. He told me he really liked the video.

Our agreement was that he would pay me before uploading the video. Instead, he uploaded it to YouTube without my permission and without paying me.

He first promised to pay me by the weekend, then delayed it to the 15th. After that, he said he had spent $250 on something else and couldn't pay. He told me he would either pay later or delete the video if he wasn't going to pay.

Now he has refused to pay, and the video is still live on his channel, despite telling me he would remove it.

Meanwhile, he's posting about traveling to golf tournaments and making new merchandise so it doesn't appear that his channel is inactive.
