Pardon me for asking a beginner's question. (to be exact, a kindergarten 😅)
I just completed learning about the alphabet & its pronunciation;
now proceeding to the writing form.
з is a consonant & э is a vowel.
How should one write з & э properly, especially in cursive form?
And how to differentiate between the two while reading texts in cursive form?

When a currency is "weakened" against a foreign currency,
there would be some impacts, for example(s):
It may be beneficial to export & it may be more expensive to import.
Attracting foreign investment & Tourism may also be issues, etc.
But as a normal Romanian, do you feel any negative impact(s) daily?
My observation is that the Euro is not widely adopted within Romania.

I just started learning Russian at the beginning of this month.
I bought a language book & downloaded a few apps.
I just completed learning the alphabet;
still memorising & revising it daily,
as well as practising the pronunciation.
I am also learning common greeting words.
In my free time,
I listen to Russian songs from my limited list;
e.g. Sergey Lazarev, Polina Gagarina, Eva Vlasova & Dima Bilan, etc.
I am trying to expose my ears to the sound of the Russian language &
understand the lyrics that touch me,
I am trying to enrich my vocabulary & learn to be expressive in Russian.
Maybe my method may seem unorthodox to most people. 😅

I have no intention of being disrespectful,
but I am surprised to learn that forced marriages exist in Romania
when I came across this piece of news.
I visited Romania in 2024 & I stayed at my Romanian friend's home in a village &
visited the cities a few times in a week.
I did observe that some residents of the minor ethnic groups
in the neighbourhood of the village & on the streets of cities
are less financially sound.
Are forced marriages due to cultural and/or religious traditions?
A form of "trade" due to families' financial insecurity?
Gender Inequality issue in society?
I am asking these questions to better understand the society of Romania.

Is the UniSwap app currently having a glitch?
I installed the UniSwap app & used it at times.
I noticed the app is not responsive regardless of which option is selected.
I checked my home broadband & mobile data on my mobile phone & they are working fine.
I restarted & powered off my mobile phone (tried both ways).
I checked for a new update & there was none at the moment.
I cleared the app's cache & data & even reinstalled the app.
The app was successfully reinstalled, but I could not recover it with my recovery phrase.
My mobile could access other exchanges & wallets.
I could purchase USDC from Coinbase, swap it into AUSD in MetaMask,
& stake the amount with Morpho in Base Wallet, etc.
I doubt I missed any step(s) in the troubleshooting; please enlighten me.
I tried to reinstall the UniSwap app today, but it is still not responsive.
Appreciate if anyone could share any insight. Thank you.

Hi,
Yesterday, I purchased from Google Books.
I set my MariBank card (MasterCard) as my preferred card, but
I also have the Trust card (Visa) in the payment mode list.
In addition, there are bank account & another DBS card (UnionPay).
PayPal processed the transaction with the Trust card instead.
I cleared the cache of the PayPal app on my mobile phone.
The app shows all the cards & the bank account in the payment mode list.
I contacted PayPal,
the agent told me that the system only detected my bank account & Trust card. 🤔
Has anyone encountered a similar situation?

written by Charles Duff & Dimitri Makaroff.
It was published quite some time ago, but
some recent reviews still find the book useful.
Can anyone recommend some other book(s) for a beginner?

Hi,
I am using the Base Wallet in legacy mode (I have not upgraded to Base mode yet).
Noticed that the dashboard & "built-in browser" were missing,
preventing me from viewing the staking.
I cleared the cache, data before uninstalling the Base Wallet app.
And reinstalled the app & set up (i.e. importing) the old wallet using Recovery Phrase.
Fortunately, the agent of Morpho assured & showed me that
all my staking remains intact.
The strange part is that I could see the balance of all my staking
with the Coinbase Wallet extension on my notebook's browser.
Similarly, I can see the balance on the Morpho site online.
The Morpho agent issued me a ticket & escalated the ticket to the engineer.
I could be wrong,
but it seems the Base Wallet app could have caused the glitches.
The Base Wallet app (in legacy mode) does not sync well
with the Coinbase Wallet extension;
the former could not reflect the balance, while the latter did.
Could the Base Wallet team look into this? Thank you.
PS:
On the sidenote,
the Base Wallet app could not reflect the balance of staking in Aave as well.
