I recently went to an injector for Botox (he is a dermatologist not a nurse & I go to him for all my injectables) and asked him about a spot on my lip i suspected was a venous lake. He confirmed that it was and I’ve never had lip filler before so he was sure it wasn’t anything to do with that. He then told me that it’s deep inside & I could get laser done on it or just leave it if it isn’t causing me discomfort because it’s red and tiny

I don’t want to get laser done on it the healing looks horrific to me personally but I was wondering could it be removed any other way?

I’m thinking of a kids show I used to watch in Australia around 2007-2009 It was a kids show mixed between live action and drawings with creatures that flew and they brought the kids in and did like yoga (?) they had a harp or glass beads and they were like blue green orange and pink I can picture it sooo clearly I just can’t remember what it was. One of them lived in a tree house

I guess I’m kinda confused on what training to failure actually is, if I’m supposed to do three sets and 12 reps for example, and I can do all three sets and all 12 reps and by the time I’m on the last rep I’m not really struggling, am I actually training to failure?

I have many many scars on my body lol from childhood, I’m 21 and wanna get rid of them now and I’ve tried AHA/BHA for a six month cycle, as well as glycolic acid until the bottle was used up lol and still these scars just do not want to go! Should I start tret on my body? Or does anyone have any other tips? Ty !
