It wasn’t entirely planned to get one so I don’t know much about them :,) just rescued him a week ago (he was living in a bowl with tap water 💔)
The chunk of green stuff is for when he’s sleeping, I saw they like frogbit but unfortunately I can never keep it alive so I just got that instead.

Pots don’t matter but I would LOVE for it to have none, just looks cleaner and I never ride/fly my pets anyway lol.
