I just relapsed last night I was struggling so bad and didn’t know what to do. I was clean from last October. And before that I was clean for over a year. I’m so scared someone is gonna find out and what they will think. I feel like such a disappointment but can’t help to want to do it again 😞 plz give any advice u have on how to stop

CW TALK OF BAD WEATHER It thundering and lightning and there’s tornado watch I so scared! The thunder is shaking the house! I all alone at somebody’s house pet sitting and there’s no where safe for me and the dogs for a tornado watch😓 I’m so scared and feelin so smol me just wanna cry 🥲 I’d be so appreciative if anyone would like to chat while I have this weather issue to help take my mind off it or comment silly things hehe
