We’re building Yoke — an AI-native outbound platform focused on hyper-personalisation, agentic workflows, and MCP-connected GTM infrastructure.

We need someone highly agile and execution-focused to help drive early traction.

This is not a traditional VP Sales role.

We’re looking for someone who can:
- generate conversations
- run outbound experiments
- onboard early users
- tighten messaging through feedback
- help shape distribution
- and create momentum

Ideal background:
- outbound sales
- SDR/AE
- growth
- RevOps
- startup GTM
- AI sales tooling
- GTM engineering

Part-time initially is completely fine.

No salary currently — compensation is equity + commission based.

Must be UK/EU based.

I recently co-founded an Agentic GTM platform for sales, marketing and founder folk. My background sits in GTM, with a passion for new tech and innovation. I've founded similar projects before, which have fizzled out often due to time commitments.
