I've recently purchased a pre approved used Toyota Yaris from a Toyota dealership. I've owned the car for 1 week and noticed various potential suspension issues/noises present when going over bumps and turning downhill (videos attached). I took the car to a independent mechanic prior to calling to dealership to pay for a vehicle inspection. They couldn't identify where the noises were coming from and said the car was in good condition throughout. When calling the dealership, they said they will sort out the issues with 48 hours and think it's a bushing noise but can't confirm. I'm just looking for advice, should I let the dealership try 'fix' the issues or reject the car. The car is a 69 plate Yaris with 56k miles.

Under the car there isn't any issue with the sills or chassis. But I'm looking for advice regarding rust under the bonnet for this 2020 Yaris which looks quite heavy for a 6 year old car.
