When will this end!!!

One week since end of antibiotics and what i would consider able to start eating low fiber. I can still feel a niggling pain, getting dizzy when I exert myself sometimes, and still struggling with ibs type symptoms re food/toilet.

When will it end jesus?

I have about 2 of these events a year so I am well aware how long it can take to finally heal but my god I wish it would go away. People forget how long it actually debilitates you even after the initial infection and horrible pain is gone.

Cross taper help.

So here's the situation. I am switching from olanzapine 10mg to seroquel due to liver issue. My pdoc has me starting 100mg Seroquel while also completely stopping olanzapine. I am petrified as I know seroquel needs higher dose for anti manic and ive had breakthrough hypomania on 7.5mg olanzapine. I expressed my concerns but he didnt listen.

I have enough olanzapine left to do my own cross over of 5mg opanzapine (10mg cut in half)while starting the 100mg Seroquel for 2 weeks. I just feel this is safer, but worried its too heavy also.

We then go to 200 seroqel for 2 weeks. I am less worried about this as atleast we getting close to theraputic levels. Am I mad for thinking to do this by myself? I am not really looking fir med advice and I will likely call pdoc but just want to see if anybody has any experience in cross tapering that I can have to take to my pdoc.

Urgent alert issued to swimmers on hugely popular Dublin beach ALL summer due to ‘dog fouling’ & E.coli fears

For anybody thinking of eating catch from dun laoghaire 🤢 Makes me so angry how we've polluted our waters.

Novice alert!

There is a local stream myself and my young son have seen small fish in. Not too small, something that you'd use a rod for certainly. I take my son once a year river fishing and he loves it. Ive alway thought I might take him to this little stream just for the craic but thought I might be silly as its a very shallow local patch of water. Other day I notice two young lads with rods and I ask where they going and they said up to this exact spot. Said they do catch fish (and release) using tiny hooks and bread???

My question is this....is tiny hooks and bread a good tactic or should I just use my very small spinners?

Fish in seen are about 5/6 inches long.

Btw, absolutely no fishing clubs own this stretch of stream so not stepping on any toes.
