how last night sweats in hiv acute infection without treatment

i have a hiv symptoms from 3 months

i have a sore throat not heal ( still present )

mouth lessions

groin pain ( still present )

every night ( night sweats ) ( still present )

body aches

dry mouth ( still present )

i did a blood test 4 generation antigen/ antibody.
its come negative after 4 month of exposure

i also did some liver test

my total protein is high
i searched on google its said its because of hiv or hepatitis . so my blood test false negative
