reccomendations for replacement pump

Our pressurizer has stopped working. The pump is a Sta-rite SNDL. I really have no clue how this system works. Were on a deep well and this is just a booster/pressurizer. Most likely failed due to clogging. The pressure gauge stopped working a while back and the pump stopped shutting off automatically so we've just been turning it on manually when needed. Finally shit the bucket on us a few days ago.

Our storage tank likely needs to be drained as Im sure its full of sediment but the path going up there is completely overgrown with poisin oak and Ive been avoiding it because I get terrible rashes from just looking at the stuff. Any help is much appreciated.

EDIT* This booster services both the house and irrigation. Im just looking for recommendations on a replacement pump. The well company quoted me $2k+ to replace it with their pump or $700 for labor to install one I buy,

We built an ADU without permits on the outskirts of North County. Someone reported us and now we are being fined by the county. I am looking for reccomendations for a contractor to come up with retroactive plans in order to get everything properly permitted.

I already got one quote from a guy our lawyer recommended but would like to do our due diligence and get second and third opinions. Any info is helpful. Thanks!
