I’m applying for EYP SSG as an experienced hire (would come in as 2nd year associate) and was wondering what the base and tc looks like. The job listing shows 100-110k. Would it be 100 or 110?

Just applied for a housing connect unit in my neighborhood where I qualify for both 120% and 140% ami. Obviously I would prefer the cheaper unit. How does the log/ordering work for this situation?
