RSAF Detachment PEACE CARVIN V, Mountain Home AFB

Republic of Singapore Air Force issued patch for Peace Carvin V, MH AFB, for wear on their version of the No.4 uniform. As an issued item, it is rarer than the more commonly seen full colored one on the second slide. Note the Crossed Swords Jolly Roger, a reference to the 428th fighter squadron "Buccaneers," as seen in the third slide,which forms the training component of PCV. PCV is one of multiple Singaporean detachments based in the CONUS, with PCV the one in charge of training pilots for the F15SG, a variant of the F15 Strike Eagle.

Anti-South Asian Racism in the West

I'm creating this thread because i just had a conversation in its subreddit about anti Indian racism in Canada and I highkey feel like I've been getting gaslight by Redditors in this subreddit. Since Covid, as a south asian from Canada, i've felt a genuine increase in hate against south asians both online and offline and i feel that it has only become more socially accepted as time passes. If anyone has had similar experiences, please comment below so i know that im not the only one experiencing this.

Challenge Coin

Hi guys, not a Filipino, but when i was serving national service in Singapore, i met some Filipino soldiers in an event, and afterwards we exchanged patches, coins and shirts. If possible, could anyone tell me the history or meaning behind it?
