But anyways just got done watching the game and I’m impressed by our Ladies and their performance and work rate today. Next up is another London Derby in 2 weeks time but this time at home against Tottenham Hotspur who just got destroyed by LCL 👀. Fingers crossed by then Cuthbert is ready to get back in the starting 11 and hopefully Mastakubo is officially match fit and ready by then to make her debut. I believe with them both back now, they will be the 2 main X factors that transforms this new look Chelsea offense. Up the Chels 💙👊

Just got done watching the highlights of last night’s embarrassing performance away to the Whitecaps and wanted come on here and post a bit of a long rant. I was busy focused and doing homework for my Psychology class so I didn’t have my Apple TV or one football notifications on. Saw the result on google and am I surprised that we lost? Absolutely not, I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, Greg Vanney out and nothing else. We’re not making playoffs and for some fans who still think we can get into a playoff qualifier position, open your eyes and come to the realization that we don’t have the team and most importantly we don’t have the Manager. I love and respect Vanney for what he did as a player and as a Coach and in the first couple years and getting us back to the MLS Cup Final the season after that horrendous 2023 season but it’s time for him to go. It’s either the Board or Will Kuntz or Dan Beckerman pull the trigger on Vanney or he takes a humble pie and steps down. He will forever be one of my all time favorite L.A. Galaxy players but it’s time up for him. Sack him and just get an interim coach to see out the rest of the season, rebuild, reset, clean house, clear out the deadwood but most importantly get us a proper Manager who can be an immediate upgrade upon Greg Vanney. Go and get us a Wilfred Nancy and from then on make the right trades, international signings and dp signings that will fit the new Manager’s vision and style of play. All eyes on AEG, Will Kuntz, Dan Beckerman and Tom Braun. All of them are on fraud watch.We are not going anywhere as long as this fraud known as Greg Vanney continues on at the helm.😠😡🤬

As y’all can tell by this title yes, I think it’s time we have a conversation about Mayra Ramirez. Does anyone think it’s time we cut our losses with her, get some money or terminate her contract? I ask this because I saw on a post on a Chelsea fan page, with a picture of Ramirez and the caption was sell in all caps. Best case scenario is Melvine Malard becomes our Main Striker only for this season, hope that she balls out and then come next summer, the club reassess the Striker market and find a much more consistent and potient Striker, whether it be we go back in for Romée Leuchter and get her on a free or we sign Barbara Banda who will be in the final year of her current Orlando Pride contract next year. But I honestly think there is a scenario where we go back in for Leuchter and get her on a free next summer as she was our main Striker target this summer. There is a saying in sports that availability is the best ability and Ramirez simply just doesn’t have that and it has shown ever since she signed 2 years ago. I know that she can offer allot and she is a special Striker and the talent is there, but what’s the point if she consistently struggles with injuries and can’t stay fit for anything. Hopefully we sell her next year and get a big name Striker in especially before the Women’s World Cup begins.

Hello Chelsea fans, I know I may get allot of hate for typing out for what I’m about to write but I really don’t care tbh I think there’s way too much negativity going on here after just one game. Yes that result sucked but I think we showed promising signs especially the first half, we were moving the ball really beautifully and effectively. Attacking still seems to be an issue but hopefully that can improve as time goes on. At the end of the day you have to give the Villa Goalkeeper credit as she did what she had to do which was make important and crazy saves. We still have some players out with Injuries and are working on recovering soon especially Melvine and Manaka who I’m really excited to see play and I think will play a massive role in changing our attacking struggles. Lastly I do put majority of the blame on Sonia especially for only making one sub this game when we could have done with some fresh legs in midfield and some more attacking options, but to be constantly abusing her and calling for her to get sacked after one game is just ludicrous. At the end of the day she is human like all of us and we have to do our part as a fanbase and hope that she can turn things around and adapt and also get behind the team and hope that they can improve and show that last season was just a fluke, and I think another thing that some of y’all tend to forget is that Emma Hayes literally handpicked her to be her successor and carry on the legacy that she left at our club, and I trusted her decision if anything. I think once we have our full team, and Cuthbert, Mastakubo, and Malard and Bjorn come back from and are fully healed from injury, they will have a role to play in this team improving and getting better than last season. We go again next Sunday away to Manchester United and I personally think we can go there and get our first win of the season there as they are a team in transition with a new manager and it’s gonna take time for them to learn Eva Olid’s tactics and philosophy as she is coming from the Scottish League. If Sonia can put her ego and stubbornness aside and that’s a big if, and drop players that need to be dropped, and start players like Hamano in the offense who I think will be a vital part of our attack this season that is if Sonia uses her more and treats her better and the defense shows up, the midfield as well and the attack actually steps up and finish off chances then there’s no reason why we can’t beat Man United next Sunday especially with the offseason that they had. With all that being said, up the Chels. Here’s to a better season ahead and beyond. 💙

We have officially qualified for the 2026/2027 Uefa Women’s Champions League League Phase and it took a lot of hard work and effort. In all honesty first half was pretty iffy and poor but let’s be real tho, the second half we came out much more better, balanced and focused. Really proud of the ladies. And that Wieke Kaptein goal, my oh my what an outrageous effort. Anyways who was y’all’s player of the match for tonight? Mines was Ellie Carpenter, I mean like what else is there for me to say her as she has been an absolute pleasure to watch ever since she joined us last summer. She defended well, attacked well, her crossing was superb and was literally in on goal had the Real Sociedad Goalkeeper had not come quickly enough outside of the box. All focus now shifts to Saturday now for the first WSL game against West Ham. And lastly, hopefully this is the year that we finally get over the hump and get that elusive first European Cup Title. Chelsea fans, does anyone think that we have dodged a bullet on Elisa De Almeida? Because I think so. As someone who supports both Chelsea and PSG, while I have had some good memories watching her in a PSG shirt, I did a bit of research on her a few minutes ago and found out that she is a Zionist, a transphobic and homophobic person. And i know we don’t want those kind of players on our team as we are meant to be an inclusive club. While she is a Center back she is a versatile player and can play Right Back but we are already stacked in Right Back with Ellie Carpenter who has been nothing but a star and joy to watch ever since she joined us last summer, Nelly Las and then Lucy Bronze. Yeah I think we’re good there. For me I think there are plenty of better central defenders around Europe that we can go for and I hope we do strengthen there come January as depth matters and was a massive problem for us last season. For me if there is any PSG Player I would hope for is to go sign next year January or Summer, it would have be no other than Romée Leuchter. Really hope we can sign a consistent Striker like her, let’s not forget she was our top striker target but apparently we didn’t want to pay the 1 million for her because she had 1 year remaining on her contract which is just a ridiculous excuse for me. She is one of the best Strikers in Europe for me and literally won the Premiere League Golden Boot last year scoring 18 goals for PSG. She’s a baller and I have a sinking feeling because we fumbled the deal for her this summer, we’ll go back in next year probably before the Women’s World Cup begins and sign her on a free, that is if she doesn’t extend with PSG.

Does anyone think it’s time more Galaxy fans should start coming out and criticizing Will Kuntz and start calling for his head? While I know we all want Vanney out and also AEG, Kuntz is meant to be the main guy behind the squad building, rebuild and roster moves. And for 2 seasons running he has done nothing but a terrible job at assembling a Team that can compete, win and get back to dominating American Soccer. This shit cannot continue and Galaxy fans especially the ones that live in Carson need to make their voices heard and protest outside the Stadium to get the owners out and especially Vanney. We are meant to be the most decorated club in MLS and the standard of Soccer in America. We must save our club. Praying for better days ahead come 2027 but it’s a big ask. Genuine question for the San Diego Wave fans on here, what do you think needs to change in order for us to improve and get better as the second half of the season progresses and hopefully win the Shield or make a deep playoff run and get to the Championship game come November? For me it’s all about being consistent and not begging for favors from other teams around the league which what we have been doing since May tbh. It’s so frustrating seeing a Team full of talent and leadership and can’t get results when they matter the most. They had a chance to go top of the league last Sunday a couple hours before Washington Spirit and choked to a Seattle Reign Team who were in 14th place heading into the match. And I think that’s another maybe if Wave stop dropping points and stop losing and drawing to poor and inconsistent teams on a consistent basis maybe just maybe, they have a better chance at finishing first come the end of the regular season. At this rate I could just see this team finishing 3rd or 4th and luckily make a deep playoff run and maybe even win the NWSL Championship but aye most of us have seen inconsistent teams win NWSL Championships like for example Gotham Fc in 2023 and 2025 and Washington Spirit and 2021. Maybe once Catarina Macario is fully healed and returns, San Diego’s fortunes might change but nobody even knows when she’ll be ready. Lastly I do think San Diego needs a Center Back signing and maybe an extra Attacker. And Jonas Eidevall needs to adapt and stop being pragmatic and too possession based with his Tactics.

Hello Chelsea fans, I just wanted to get everyone’s thoughts on what should we be doing for the remainder of this summer transfer window in terms of signings? For me, I believe we need to buy an extra Midfielder and then an extra elite Center Back and then I think we’re all good to go and maybe compete for the WSL this upcoming season. I know that we are expected to sign Giulia Dragoni who is an exceptional talent who spent last season on loan at Roma and also had standout and promising performances for Italy at Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand 3 summers ago but we can do with adding an experienced midfielder as Dragoni is only 19. Good thing is that there’s still 2 months left in this summer transfer window so there’s still plenty of time to make 6th or even 7th summer signing. Hopefully come next year January or next Summer our main priority is signing a Striker. Yes I know Melvine Malard was given the number 9 but that really doesn’t matter, i think she’s better off as a Right winger and will be competition for LJ. Come next year there might be allot of good striker options available especially with the Women’s World Cup happening next summer. My hope is that we go back in for Romée Leuchter or sign Barbara Banda or Sophia Wilson. That’s the dream scenario for me.

Hello Chelsea fans, quick question. Does anyone have any updates on the Romée Leuchter deal? I’m starting to get a bit worried that we might fumble this deal which I hope is not the case. Does anyone believe that we get the deal officially over the line later today or the beginning of next week? From what I understand she is expected to sign a multi year contract with us and the deal is in the final stages.

Hello Chelsea fans, as you can tell by the title, this is my question for everyone on this subreddit. What is everyone’s dream summer transfer window? What should we be prioritizing in terms of strengthening the Team? And what are the expectations going into this transfer window?

1. Signing a Striker should be our main priority , I know Aggie Beaver-Jones is the future and is set to sign a new contract but she can also operate on the Left Wing and is still a relatively young player. I think if we can get extra Striker as extra depth piece for that position, that would be smart to do especially if Mayra Ramirez struggles with injuries again next season.

2. Signing an extra Center Back, I love the Katie McCabe signing as she brings experience and veteran, leadership qualities. She’s a winner and is very versatile as she can play in multiple positions but I think if we can add one more world class central defender into this squad, I think that’s our defense sorted out. But I do expect our backline to be more consistent and better once Björn and Girma return from their injuries as they are other important first team players.

3. 2 midfield signings as I think it’s important that we can do with a bit more extra depth in this position. The 2 midfielders I would love for Chelsea to acquire would be Teresa Abelleira who is currently a free agent after being released by Real Madrid last week, she’s a World Cup winner, and has experience. Then I hope maybe we go back in for Jennifer Echegini from PSG. My hope is that maybe we go back in for her after our failed pursuit of her on the last day of the January Transfer Window this year? She’s a top player and for me was one of Nigeria’s standout players in the 2025 Women’s AFCON tournament last summer as they went on to win the whole thing.

4. A Right Winger addition would be great as I feel like we need more depth in our offense and I wouldn’t mind a bit of competition for LJ. Personally I’m struggling to figure out what are some good quality Winger options out there in the market. This might be unrealistic but I would like for us to Klara Bühl from Bayern Munich, she signed a 2 year contract extension with them last year March, keeping her at the club until the end of next season. There was a report that she wants to stay with Bayern until next year which is understandable. Bühl is still regarded as one of the best Wingers in Europe.

Does anyone have any updates or news on Aggie Beaver-Jones, Hannah Hampton, and Lucy Bronze’s contract situations? It’s 2 more weeks until June 30th and those are the three player’s I’ve been really worried about as they are still important and integral pieces to this team. Fingers crossed maybe at some point next week their contracts get situated as I remember the first week of June, Bronze said in her pre match press conference for International duty that her contract will be sorted out by next week and nothing has happened since.

Quick question Chelsea fans, would y’all take Caroline Weir on a Free this offseason? She was released from Real Madrid last month following the expiry of her contract there. And especially with no clubs circling in for her at this moment in time, I think this would be the perfect chance for us to pounce on it and come in with a huge offer for her. She became Real Madrid’s all time leading goal scorer in March of last year, and tbh I think because we have Erin Cuthbert who is an international teammate of hers, I have a feeling that maybe she could play a part in convincing and persuading her to join us. Now if not Caroline Weir, what other Attackers do you think we should target and sign and would be better suited for our team and style of play?

So I just read the report about Johanna Rytting-Kaneryd potentially leaving us this summer and I don’t want that to happen. She has one more year remaining on her contract and with a few of our core/experienced players leaving it’s only smart that we still maintain most of the veteran pieces in the squad to help guide the young talents. While I know she has not been productive in front of goal I think we are all forgetting that JRK’s main position is a Midfielder and I still think there is a good player in her and she can still have a massive impact on this team come 2026/2027. But if we we were to sell her this summer, what Midfielder or Winger would you want us to sign as a replacement? For me I would love for it to Salma Paralluelo whose contract with Barcelona expires at the end of this month. From what I understand as of now, Barca have not been making any progress or doing anything in their powers to extend her contract and I think this could be the perfect opportunity for us to make another statement signing. One of the things that she can for sure guarantee us would be double digit goals seasons.
