I've been stuck for days on level 3808 with only 17 movements, with so few movements and having used all the tools I can't do anything, it's really pissing me off especially since It's a normal level not even a hard or super hard level wtf

Any time a recipe involves proofing, resting, flouring a surface etc. I immediately look the other way. But the babka recipe looked so good I had to try. She's a lil dry but I'm so excited that my first bread attempt turned out actually edible. Also my loaf pan was way too small so we get this interesting shape.
Anyways I never would have tried at all if letscookie didn't post a recipe that made it look extremely non intimidating. Now I wanna make every type of bread under the sun.

AMAZING work on the dough, really like a toasted flour edge. It was just thick and bubbly enough on the outside to support a nice flop at the end of the slice. Fresh sauce that didn't lean too sweet or too tart. Wish we'd gotten a clam pie but I think you needed to order that in advance. Portion size was 2 girl dinners with a slice leftover (which warmed up this morning nicely).
The pop up itself was pretty much what you'd see at QNM or Smorgasburg but less chaotic. If we hadn't had other plans for the game, Fifth Hammer would have been a great spot.
I love white chocolate, caramel and blondes, so this seemed like it would tick all my boxes. It was pretty good, probably should have left it in the freezer a bit longer as it was a little soft and I prefer ice cream to be firm.
The over all flavor was decent, but the ice cream tastes a little like I was eating butter, not in the best way, probably because it was a little melted. Something about the lack of contrast between the white chocolate and the caramel ice cream seems to make the ice cream taste disappear a bit, so it became more textual than flavorful. The bits of blondie were pretty good.
I’m curious to see how it tastes tomorrow when the ice cream is firmer, but it doesn’t come close to B&J Milk and Cookies for me, so I may not be getting this again.
Okay I had Mimi’s in soho for the first time yesterday (yes I braved the line) and my main takeaway was the cookie dough is sooo unreal. Can anyone please tell me the recipe or where they buy it from?
Przełożony frużeliną wiśniową i kremem pistacjowym Scyavuru. Bardzo polecam ten krem, ma naprawdę intensywny pistacjowy smak. Gdybym wiedziała to bym na promocji wzięła jeszcze jeden słoiczek. :(
