Come on Delta! The United app lets me enter both my passports. The Delta app only lets me enter one passport. Do other duals find this an inconvenience?

On a recent trip, in order to be allowed to travel I had to enter one passport for the ourbound, and my other passport for the return.

Is it OK to refer to women as girls in the UK?

I'm from overseas but sometimes have worked briefly in the UK. I find the casual reference to grown women as girls, as in "the girls who work in the accounting department" a bit jarring to my ears. Is this culturally OK in the UK? Would the women in the accounting department be OK if their manager referred to them this way?

Double-paid for 3 hotel rooms. Booking.com has not returned my money.

In April I was forced to double-pay for 3 rooms in a hotel in Scotland. We're guys in our seventies backpacking across Scotland. We arrived at the hotel, exhausted from our day's hike only to have  the hotel deny receiving payment from Booking.com. We could sleep under a hedge or pay there and then, so I paid the hotel. I've supplied plenty evidence to Booking.com, but still no refund. Is there a way I can escalate this?

This deficit of training was obvious before the first jackboots hit the streets of our community. Why are we the testing ground for a failed policy?
